Bien s\u00fbr, ce n&rsquo;est pas tout \u00e0 fait l&rsquo;original, mais c&rsquo;est toujours mieux que de renoncer \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de pois chiches v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et la pr\u00e9paration est tr\u00e8s simple. Vous avez besoin de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pois chiches<\/strong>: choisissez des <strong>pois chiches<\/strong> d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuits, en bocal ou en bo\u00eete. Vous \u00e9viterez ainsi de faire tremper les pois chiches.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bicarbonate de soude<\/strong>: les pois chiches pr\u00e9cuits doivent \u00eatre cuits \u00e0 nouveau pour obtenir un houmous cr\u00e9meux. Le bicarbonate de soude est utile pour la cuisson douce, car il permet de r\u00e9duire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le temps de cuisson. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong>: Pour remplacer le tahini, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une bonne huile d&rsquo;olive. Il faut en effet un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse dans la cr\u00e8me &#8211; pour le go\u00fbt et pour que votre corps puisse mieux absorber les nutriments. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ail<\/strong>: pour l&rsquo;houmous sans tahini, j&rsquo;utilise un peu moins d&rsquo;ail que pour l&rsquo;original, car il n&rsquo;y a pas de p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-du-tahini-soi-m%c3%aame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(tahini<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jus de citron<\/strong>: pour un go\u00fbt frais, il faut absolument y ajouter une bonne quantit\u00e9 de jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cumin<\/strong>: tout houmous doit contenir du cumin. Cela vaut bien s\u00fbr aussi pour le houmous sans p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same. Cette \u00e9pice donne au houmous v\u00e9g\u00e9talien son go\u00fbt caract\u00e9ristique et rend la cr\u00e8me plus digeste.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous connaissez maintenant tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour faire du houmous maison sans tahini.
