Le poivron grill\u00e9 fait de la cr\u00e8me de pois chiches une super alternative \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/recette-de-houmous\/hummus-selber-machen-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">original<\/a> et apporte de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 votre table. Cette d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me n&rsquo;est pas seulement parfaite pour tremper, elle est \u00e9galement une vraie bonne p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner. La recette est tr\u00e8s simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre facilement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences (par exemple, le piquant).   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-houmous-epice-au-paprika-ce-qu-il-faut-mettre-dans-la-trempette\">Houmous \u00e9pic\u00e9 au paprika &#8211; Ce qu&rsquo;il faut mettre dans la trempette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer un d\u00e9licieux houmous au paprika, vous aurez besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pois chiches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poivrons (poivrons grill\u00e9s en bocal ou fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9s)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tahini (p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jus de citron frais  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ail  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poudre de chili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous aimez les plats particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9s, je vous conseille \u00e9galement d&rsquo;ajouter une pinc\u00e9e <strong>de paprika fum\u00e9 en poudre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-son-propre-houmous-au-paprika-rapide-et-facile\">Faire son propre houmous au paprika : rapide et facile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration du houmous au paprika est tr\u00e8s simple. Il suffit de suivre ces \u00e9tapes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faites cuire les pois chiches jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tendres<\/strong>: Pour obtenir un houmous au paprika cr\u00e9meux, vous avez besoin de pois chiches tendres comme du beurre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faites griller les poivrons<\/strong>: Vous pouvez le faire soit dans un four \u00e0 chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e, soit directement sur le gril. Le barbecue donne plus d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser des poivrons en bocaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 grill\u00e9s.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mixez<\/strong> le tout : Il suffit de mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un mixeur et de r\u00e9duire la sauce en une cr\u00e8me onctueuse. La peau des pois chiches s&#39;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9tach\u00e9e et s&#39;\u00e9coule avec l&#39;eau.
