En plus de la d\u00e9licieuse sauce \u00e0 base de tomates et de poivrons et des \u0153ufs poch\u00e9s, vous avez ici des pois chiches riches en prot\u00e9ines qui vous rassasieront \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr. Cette recette simple est super pour un brunch tranquille le dimanche ou m\u00eame parfaite pour la fin de journ\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pois-chiches-shakshuka-voici-les-ingredients\">Pois chiches Shakshuka &#8211; Voici les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse extension de la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shakshuka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shakshuka originale<\/a>, tout commence par une sauce aromatique \u00e0 base de <strong>tomates<\/strong> et <strong>de poivrons<\/strong> avec un peu <strong>d&rsquo;ail<\/strong>, de <strong>piment<\/strong> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%c3%a0-leau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de harissa<\/a>, d&rsquo;<strong>huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong> et d&rsquo;\u00e9pices comme <strong>le cumin<\/strong>, <strong>le paprika en poudre<\/strong> et une pinc\u00e9e <strong>de cannelle<\/strong>. <strong>Les \u0153ufs<\/strong> frais sont bien s\u00fbr indispensables \u00e0 la shakshuka. Et pour cette variante de la shakshuka, vous avez bien s\u00fbr besoin de <strong>pois chiches<\/strong> cuits.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-votre-shakshuka-aux-pois-chiches-est-prete-en-3-etapes-seulement\">Votre shakshuka aux pois chiches est pr\u00eate en 3 \u00e9tapes seulement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shakshuka-a-la-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shakshuka \u00e0 la feta<\/a> par exemple, vous commencez par la sauce et le reste se fait tr\u00e8s rapidement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce<\/strong>: La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de pr\u00e9parer la sauce pour votre shakshuka aux pois chiches. Pour cela, il suffit de pr\u00e9parer les ingr\u00e9dients selon la recette (voir fiche recette), de les faire revenir et de les faire mijoter avec les pois chiches. Veillez \u00e0 ce que les ingr\u00e9dients, en particulier les tomates, soient de bonne qualit\u00e9 ! Pour les pois chiches, je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser des pois chiches pr\u00e9cuits en conserve. Enfin, assaisonnez la sauce avec les \u00e9pices et c&rsquo;est parti.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faire des creux<\/strong>: une fois que la sauce est pr\u00eate, vous pouvez facilement faire des creux pour les \u0153ufs \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajoutez les \u0153ufs<\/strong>: Apr\u00e8s avoir fait des creux dans la sauce shakshuka, vous pouvez y mettre les \u0153ufs frais. Ainsi, les \u0153ufs cuisent mieux dans la sauce et vous obtenez le look typique.
