Mais la <strong>soupe<\/strong> aromatique <strong>aux pois chiches<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas seulement une recette pour se rassasier, c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable comfort food. Avec les saveurs du Levant, elle vous r\u00e9chauffe de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur les jours de grand froid.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-soupe-cremeuse-aux-pois-chiches-et-aux-legumes-frais\">Soupe cr\u00e9meuse aux pois chiches et aux l\u00e9gumes frais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis un grand fan de soupes et de rago\u00fbts, que ce soit en \u00e9t\u00e9 ou en hiver. Il existe une soupe adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque saison. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait mon <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rago%c3%bbt-de-pois-chiches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rago\u00fbt de pois chiches<\/a> l&rsquo;autre jour, je me suis rendu compte que je n&rsquo;avais pas encore cr\u00e9\u00e9 <strong>de recette de soupe aux pois chiches<\/strong>. Il fallait que j&rsquo;y rem\u00e9die.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voici les ingr\u00e9dients de la soupe cr\u00e9meuse aux pois chiches :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pois chiches :<\/strong> je recommande les <strong>pois chiches<\/strong> pr\u00e9cuits en bocal, cela vous \u00e9vite de les faire tremper et de les faire cuire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00e9gumes :<\/strong> l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;oignon, la carotte et la pomme de terre sont toujours une bonne base pour une soupe aromatique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les \u00e9pices :<\/strong> Cannelle, paprika, cumin, poivre et sel se marient parfaitement avec les pois chiches. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela du jus de citron, du tahini, de la coriandre fra\u00eeche et du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, et votre soupe aux pois chiches aura un go\u00fbt frais et \u00e9pic\u00e9. <br><em>Le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes est meilleur lorsqu&rsquo;il est frais. J&rsquo;aime cuisiner un bouillon avec des restes de l\u00e9gumes que je cong\u00e8le ensuite pour en avoir toujours une portion \u00e0 disposition. <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nappage :<\/strong> un petit quelque chose sur le dessus est toujours bon. Avec du yaourt (v\u00e9g\u00e9talien), des pignons de pin et du persil, vous ne vous trompez pas. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-3 is-cropped Certaines soupes sont meilleures en pur\u00e9e qu&rsquo;avec des petits morceaux. Par exemple, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la soupe <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/soupe-de-chou-fleur-au-tahini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de chou-fleur<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/soupe-de-lentilles-libanaise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de lentilles<\/a> en pur\u00e9e velout\u00e9e, tandis que cette soupe de pois chiches aromatique est excellente en pur\u00e9e mais aussi avec de gros morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle est la variante que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez ?
