Avec seulement quelques ingr\u00e9dients, vous pouvez cuisiner cette fantastique et savoureuse <strong>po\u00eal\u00e9e de boulgour au hachis<\/strong> pour le d\u00e9jeuner ou le d\u00eener. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-boulgour-a-la-viande-hachee-peu-d-ingredients-beaucoup-de-gout\">Boulgour \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e &#8211; peu d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, beaucoup de go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour vous concocter un d\u00e9licieux repas, vous n&rsquo;avez pas forc\u00e9ment besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients ou d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients sp\u00e9ciaux. Parfois, quelques bases suffisent pour cr\u00e9er un plat <strong>r\u00e9confortant<\/strong> que toute la famille appr\u00e9ciera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez certainement d\u00e9j\u00e0 la plupart des ingr\u00e9dients dans vos placards de cuisine. Il ne vous reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 trouver quelques ingr\u00e9dients frais que vous trouverez dans n&rsquo;importe quel supermarch\u00e9 : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Boulgour :<\/strong> j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des grains moyens, mais des grains plus gros conviennent aussi.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00e9gumes :<\/strong> l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et les tomates apportent de l&rsquo;umami dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u0153uf hach\u00e9 :<\/strong> peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une autre viande ou une alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les \u00e9pices :<\/strong> Concentr\u00e9 de tomates, poudre de paprika, cumin, cannelle et sel donnent au plat une touche levantine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nappage :<\/strong> le yaourt et le persil ne sont que facultatifs.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous voyez ? Il n&rsquo;y a vraiment pas beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr modifier le nappage.
