Aujourd&rsquo;hui encore, son origine exacte n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s claire. Mais il est au moins possible de la d\u00e9limiter un peu. Je vous pr\u00e9sente ici un aper\u00e7u de l&rsquo;histoire du baklava et de l&rsquo;origine de ce d\u00e9lice oriental.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-origine-du-baklava\">L&rsquo;origine du baklava<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si l&rsquo;origine n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas d\u00e9terminante pour le plaisir <strong>croustillant et noisette<\/strong> du baklava, je comprends tout \u00e0 fait que vous soyez tout de m\u00eame curieux. Le baklava est une p\u00e2tisserie sucr\u00e9e originaire <strong>du Proche-Orient<\/strong>. L&rsquo;origine du baklava fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un d\u00e9bat anim\u00e9, mais il existe au moins quelques indices et th\u00e9ories sur l&rsquo;origine du baklava.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selon certaines th\u00e9ories, <strong>les Assyriens <\/strong>pr\u00e9paraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 une sorte de baklava <strong>au 8e si\u00e8cle avant J\u00e9sus-Christ <\/strong>. Les marchands grecs auraient ensuite import\u00e9 cette recette en Gr\u00e8ce. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;ils ont affin\u00e9 l&rsquo;art de pr\u00e9parer une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s fine.  <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les origines du baklava remontent \u00e9galement aux <strong>peuples turcs nomades d&rsquo;Asie centrale <\/strong>. Ils empilaient de fines galettes de p\u00e2te, connues sous le nom de yufka, une pratique qui pourrait avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 transmise plus tard \u00e0 l&rsquo;Anatolie et au Moyen-Orient. Cela ressemble donc assez au baklava que nous connaissons aujourd&rsquo;hui.  <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La premi\u00e8re recette <strong>existait dans l&rsquo;Antiquit\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>en M\u00e9sopotamie<\/strong> (aujourd&rsquo;hui : Irak, Iran, Syrie, une partie de la Turquie). Dans l&rsquo;<strong>Empire byzantin<\/strong> de l&rsquo;Antiquit\u00e9 tardive, les recettes de baklavas \u00e9taient connues sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Koptoplakous\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>. Cela signifie \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la plaque coup\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb. Celui-ci \u00e9tait fait de plusieurs couches de p\u00e2te fine, fourr\u00e9 de noix et recouvert de miel. Nous nous rapprochons donc de l&rsquo;origine du baklava.    <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>baklava dans l&rsquo;Empire ottoman :<\/strong> la forme de baklava la plus connue aujourd&rsquo;hui, avec une p\u00e2te filo tr\u00e8s fine et une garniture aux noix sucr\u00e9es, a probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 perfectionn\u00e9e au 16e si\u00e8cle <strong>au palais de Topkap\u0131 \u00e0 Istanbul<\/strong>. De l\u00e0, la recette s&rsquo;est r\u00e9pandue dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions, chaque culture y ajoutant sa touche personnelle.
