Il vous faut juste un peu de temps pour \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en une fine couche. Ensuite, vous pouvez utiliser la p\u00e2te filo faite maison directement &#8211; c&rsquo;est \u00e0 vous de d\u00e9cider si vous voulez la farcir ou la garnir de mani\u00e8re sucr\u00e9e ou sal\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-la-pate-filo\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la p\u00e2te filo ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2te filo est une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s fine que l&rsquo;on badigeonne de beurre et que l&rsquo;on superpose lors de la pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;un plat. Cette <strong>p\u00e2te v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s populaire au Levant. Mais pas seulement au Levant, mais aussi dans d&rsquo;autres pays du Moyen-Orient ainsi que dans certaines parties des Balkans. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/recette-du-baklava\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baklava<\/a>, de b\u00f6rek ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rekak-roul%c3%a9s-au-fromage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de Rekak<\/a>, la p\u00e2te filo est utilis\u00e9e dans certains plats classiques.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On ne sait pas exactement de quel pays provient la p\u00e2te filo (ou <strong>p\u00e2te phyllo<\/strong>). En effet, de nombreux pays revendiquent la recette originale et il n&rsquo;existe pas de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences bibliographiques claires sur le sujet. C&rsquo;est comme pour beaucoup de plats du Levant : chaque r\u00e9gion ajoute son ingr\u00e9dient secret ou cr\u00e9e sa propre variante.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-poignee-d-ingredients-pour-une-pate-filo-faite-maison\">Une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients pour une p\u00e2te filo faite maison<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser vous-m\u00eame une p\u00e2te filo simple, vous n&rsquo;avez besoin que <strong>de quelques ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>, d&rsquo;un plan de travail propre, d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et d&rsquo;un peu de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Ce sont quasiment les bases que tout le monde a \u00e0 la maison si vous faites de la p\u00e2tisserie de temps en temps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardez dans votre placard de cuisine si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 les <strong>ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> suivants pour faire de la p\u00e2te filo vous-m\u00eame :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Farine<\/strong>: la farine de bl\u00e9 de type 550 est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux p\u00e2tes \u00e9lastiques. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser la farine 00 (farine pour pizza). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9cule :<\/strong> elle est essentielle pour que les couches de p\u00e2te ne collent pas entre elles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale :<\/strong> j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de l&rsquo;huile de colza neutre. Mais vous pouvez aussi utiliser une bonne huile d&rsquo;olive. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinaigre de vin blanc :<\/strong> il est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te pour qu&rsquo;elle soit ensuite bien croustillante \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel :<\/strong> une bonne pinc\u00e9e renforce le go\u00fbt propre de la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, vous avez tout ce qu&rsquo;il vous faut ou vous devez encore faire des courses ? Si vous avez besoin d&rsquo;acheter quelque chose, alors allez-y, car nous allons directement passer \u00e0 un petit tutoriel sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 filo faite maison.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-sa-propre-pate-filo-en-5-etapes-simples\">Faire sa propre p\u00e2te filo en 5 \u00e9tapes simples<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, j&rsquo;ach\u00e8te simplement la p\u00e2te pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi au supermarch\u00e9, mais elle fait partie des <strong>recettes<\/strong> de <strong>base<\/strong> de la cuisine levantine. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb faire ma propre p\u00e2te filo. Et j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris de voir \u00e0 quel point la recette est simple et que tout s&rsquo;est si bien pass\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais du respect pour les fines couches de p\u00e2te et je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;elles se colleraient entre elles lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9talement final. Mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>f\u00e9cule<\/strong>, cela ne s&rsquo;est pas produit et j&rsquo;ai pu s\u00e9parer facilement chaque couche de l&rsquo;autre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N&rsquo;ayez donc pas peur et essayez.
