En effet, les feuilles de vigne enroul\u00e9es ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un plat familial chez nous. Avec ma <strong>recette<\/strong> simple, vous pouvez facilement <strong>r\u00e9aliser vous-m\u00eame<\/strong> ces <strong>feuilles de vigne enroul\u00e9es<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredients-pour-les-feuilles-de-vigne-farcies-a-la-viande-hachee\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour les feuilles de vigne farcies \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> pour les <strong>feuilles de vigne enroul\u00e9es<\/strong> sont rapides \u00e0 acheter. Si vous ne trouvez pas de feuilles de vigne marin\u00e9es, allez voir dans un supermarch\u00e9 <strong>arabe<\/strong>, <strong>turc<\/strong> ou <strong>grec<\/strong>. Vous y trouverez certainement ce que vous cherchez.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les feuilles de vigne farcies \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s populaires en <em>Gr\u00e8ce<\/em> et <em>en Turquie<\/em>, ainsi que dans l&rsquo;ensemble du <em>Levant<\/em> et <em>des Balkans<\/em>. L\u00e0-bas, on les appelle <strong>dolmadakia<\/strong> ou <strong>sarmasi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Feuilles de vigne marin\u00e9es en saumure :<\/strong> soit vous en avez mis vous-m\u00eame en \u00e9t\u00e9, soit vous les achetez simplement dans un supermarch\u00e9 bien achaland\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Farce des feuilles de vigne :<\/strong> la masse de farce est faite avec de l&rsquo;oignon, de la tomate, du riz rond, de la viande de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9e et les \u00e9pices cannelle, sel et poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remplissage de la marmite :<\/strong> les pommes de terre, les tomates et les gousses d&rsquo;ail permettent d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que les feuilles de vigne farcies ne br\u00fblent et leur donnent en outre de l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce :<\/strong> les feuilles de vigne farcies \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e sont cuites dans un bouillon de tomates, qui doit absolument \u00eatre servi avec &#8211; si d\u00e9licat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enrouler-des-feuilles-de-vigne-comment-preparer-des-feuilles-de-vigne-farcies-a-la-viande-hachee\">Enrouler des feuilles de vigne : comment pr\u00e9parer des feuilles de vigne farcies \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque ma maman enveloppe des feuilles de vigne, elle le fait pour <strong>toute<\/strong> la famille. Elle prend la plus grande casserole qu&rsquo;elle peut trouver. Le fond de la marmite est alors recouvert de tranches de pommes de terre, puis de tranches de cuisse de b\u0153uf rissol\u00e9es, sur lesquelles sont pos\u00e9es les feuilles de vigne enroul\u00e9es, ainsi que d&rsquo;autres l\u00e9gumes comme des courgettes et des aubergines.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La marmite est ensuite remplie d&rsquo;un bouillon de tomates et peut mijoter. La marmite contient suffisamment de nourriture pour que nous puissions manger des feuilles de vigne farcies \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e et les autres accompagnements pendant plusieurs jours. Je voulais cependant simplifier un peu les choses, car toutes les familles ne sont pas aussi grandes que la mienne.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer les <strong>feuilles de vigne farcies \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong>, vous devez suivre les \u00e9tapes suivantes (les \u00e9tapes sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es dans la fiche recette) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavez les feuilles de vigne (dessal\u00e9es).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la farce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez les pommes de terre et l&rsquo;ail pour la casserole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplir les feuilles de vigne de viande hach\u00e9e : Prendre la feuille de vigne, enlever le trognon, placer la farce au centre en bas, replier les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, enrouler de mani\u00e8re relativement serr\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposez les feuilles de vigne farcies sur des tranches de pommes de terre dans la cocotte et piquez de l&rsquo;ail entre elles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez le bouillon de tomates dans la casserole et laissez mijoter. Pour \u00e9viter que les feuilles de vigne enroul\u00e9es ne se d\u00e9fassent, vous pouvez les alourdir avec une assiette. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc supprim\u00e9 presque la moiti\u00e9 de tout ce que ma m\u00e8re mettait encore dans la casserole.
