Avec ma <strong>recette simple<\/strong>, vous pouvez <strong>faire vous-m\u00eame<\/strong> des <strong>b\u00e2tonnets au fromage en p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/strong> tr\u00e8s rapidement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-batonnets-de-pate-feuilletee-au-fromage-avec-seulement-3-ingredients\">B\u00e2tonnets de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e au fromage avec seulement 3 ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime les snacks qui croustillent ! Et aussi parce qu&rsquo;il suffit de 3 ingr\u00e9dients pour cela.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser cette <strong>recette de b\u00e2tonnets au fromage<\/strong> vous-m\u00eame, <strong>rapidement<\/strong> et <strong>facilement<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement pratique lorsque des visiteurs s&rsquo;annoncent spontan\u00e9ment, car les <strong>tartes feuillet\u00e9es<\/strong> sont pr\u00eates en <strong>25 minutes<\/strong>! Vous n&rsquo;avez besoin que de ces <strong>3 ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>&#8230; et de sel et de poivre :  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e :<\/strong> un rouleau pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi. Vous pouvez aussi en congeler pour en avoir toujours une sous la main. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0152ufs :<\/strong> si vous badigeonnez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, elle deviendra bien croustillante et aura une belle couleur dor\u00e9e et brune.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage :<\/strong> vous pouvez d\u00e9j\u00e0 utiliser du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, ce sera plus rapide. J&rsquo;aime les fromages forts comme le cheddar ou le fromage de montagne. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-sont-les-fromages-les-plus-adaptes\">Quels sont les fromages les plus adapt\u00e9s ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que les b\u00e2tonnets de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e au fromage soient bien parfum\u00e9s, vous devez utiliser un <strong>fromage<\/strong> au go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9. Mais si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un fromage doux, je vous recommande \u00e9galement des fromages moins forts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bergk\u00e4se<\/strong>: go\u00fbt \u00e9pic\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement noisette, devient croustillant au four<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cheddar :<\/strong> go\u00fbt \u00e9pic\u00e9 et prononc\u00e9 (selon l&rsquo;\u00e2ge du fromage), fond bien et a une belle couleur jaune dor\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emmental :<\/strong> go\u00fbt doux, fort et de noix (selon l&rsquo;\u00e2ge), fond bien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feta :<\/strong> go\u00fbt sal\u00e9 et \u00e9pic\u00e9, reste plut\u00f4t friable lorsqu&rsquo;elle est fondue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gouda :<\/strong> go\u00fbt doux \u00e0 fort et piquant (selon l&rsquo;\u00e2ge), fond facilement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mozzarella :<\/strong> go\u00fbt doux et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9, fond tr\u00e8s bien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parmesan :<\/strong> go\u00fbt sal\u00e9 et prononc\u00e9, devient croustillant au four<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-soi-meme-des-batonnets-au-fromage-5-conseils-pour-des-batonnets-feuilletes-croustillants\">Faire soi-m\u00eame des b\u00e2tonnets au fromage &#8211; 5 conseils pour des b\u00e2tonnets feuillet\u00e9s croustillants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enduisez une moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e d <strong>&lsquo;\u0153uf<\/strong>. Cela permet au fromage de mieux adh\u00e9rer et donne aux b\u00e2tonnets de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e une l\u00e9g\u00e8re <strong>brillance<\/strong> ainsi qu&rsquo;une couleur jaune dor\u00e9e. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous pouvez couper la p\u00e2te en bandes de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de <strong>votre choix<\/strong>. Le nombre de b\u00e2tonnets de fromage croustillants varie en fonction de la m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez <strong>suffisamment d&rsquo;espace<\/strong> sur la plaque de cuisson entre les b\u00e2tonnets de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, car ils gonflent pendant la cuisson et ont donc besoin d&rsquo;un peu plus d&rsquo;espace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites cuire les b\u00e2tonnets de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e au fromage \u00e0 environ <strong>200\u00b0 C (chaleur de vo\u00fbte et de sole<\/strong> ) ou \u00e0 <strong>180\u00b0 C (<\/strong> <strong>chaleur<\/strong> <strong>tournante<\/strong> ) &#8211;
