Avec une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, vous pouvez facilement r\u00e9aliser vous-m\u00eame ces <strong>feuillet\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ces-ingredients-vous-permettront-de-preparer-la-plus-delicieuse-des-pates-feuilletees-aux-epinards-et-a-la-feta\">Ces ingr\u00e9dients vous permettront de pr\u00e9parer la plus d\u00e9licieuse des p\u00e2tes feuillet\u00e9es aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime les recettes <strong>rapides<\/strong> et <strong>simples<\/strong> qui flattent mon palais de Gorumet. Bien s\u00fbr, la cuisine est mon passe-temps favori, mais de temps en temps, je peux aussi me contenter de quelque chose de simple. Cela signifie pour moi : <strong>peu d&rsquo;<\/strong> ingr\u00e9dients, que l&rsquo;on trouve dans n&rsquo;importe quel supermarch\u00e9, et le plat est pr\u00eat en <strong>30-45 minutes<\/strong>!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>feuillet\u00e9s farcis aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta<\/strong> me rappellent un peu les b\u00f6rek ou les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/chaussons-aux-%c3%a9pinards-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fatyer<\/a>, mais les b\u00e2tonnets de p\u00e2te turcs n\u00e9cessitent de la p\u00e2te yufka, que l&rsquo;on ne trouve malheureusement pas dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai donc choisi une <strong>variante simple<\/strong> avec une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e beurr\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e \u00e0 la feta et aux \u00e9pinards, vous avez besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e :<\/strong> prenez la <strong>p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e au beurre<\/strong> pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi au rayon frais.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9pinards en branches :<\/strong> j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s, mais <strong>les<\/strong> \u00e9pinards <strong>frais<\/strong> font aussi l&rsquo;affaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feta :<\/strong> il y a tellement de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s &#8211; choisissez le <strong>fromage de brebis<\/strong> traditionnel, car il est bien \u00e9pic\u00e9 et aromatique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignon :<\/strong> un petit oignon blanc donne aux \u00e9pinards une note \u00e9pic\u00e9e et piquante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive :<\/strong> la meilleure que vous puissiez trouver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0152uf :<\/strong> un <strong>\u0153uf bio<\/strong> de taille moyenne suffit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les \u00e9pices :<\/strong> Le sel, le poivre et la muscade sont les \u00e9pices classiques pour les \u00e9pinards. Les <strong>graines de cumin<\/strong> compl\u00e8tent la recette de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela semble faisable, non ? Donc, si vous avez un stock bien approvisionn\u00e9, vous n&rsquo;aurez probablement besoin d&rsquo;aller acheter que de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, des feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et de la feta. Vous n&rsquo;avez besoin que d&rsquo;une po\u00eale et d&rsquo;une plaque de cuisson pour la pr\u00e9parer &#8211; une cuisini\u00e8re avec four en plus est bien s\u00fbr tr\u00e8s pratique. Il vous faut ensuite quelques minutes pour faire revenir le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et remplir la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et de feta. Le <strong>four<\/strong> se charge ensuite de la cuisson et vous pouvez d\u00e9j\u00e0 choisir un film \u00e0 grignoter.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guide rapide pour <strong>les feuillet\u00e9s farcis aux \u00e9pinards<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites revenir les d\u00e9s d&rsquo;oignon et les \u00e9pinards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez la feta et assaisonnez avec les \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplissez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et de feta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repliez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en poches et faites-les cuire dans le four chaud jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient croustillantes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut. Avec une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi, c&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s rapide, vous pouvez donc d\u00e9guster directement ces petits g\u00e2teaux sal\u00e9s.
