Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, je ne connaissais le b\u00f6rek que sous forme d&rsquo;escargots envelopp\u00e9s ou de b\u00e2tonnets croustillants. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais donc tr\u00e8s curieuse de d\u00e9couvrir ce b\u00f6rek au four. Mon <strong>b\u00f6rek \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e original<\/strong> est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple, vous pouvez aussi super bien le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance et le manger plus tard.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-le-borek\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le b\u00f6rek ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le b\u00f6rek<\/strong> est un plat <strong>turc<\/strong> fabriqu\u00e9 avec de la p\u00e2te yufka. Mais il est \u00e9galement connu et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 dans <em>les Balkans<\/em>, <em>en Gr\u00e8ce<\/em> et dans les pays <em>arabes<\/em>. Les <strong>recettes de b\u00f6rek<\/strong> diff\u00e8rent selon les r\u00e9gions et le nom peut \u00e9galement varier, par exemple <em>Burek<\/em> ou <em>Bureki<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les b\u00f6rek se pr\u00e9sentent sous forme de souffl\u00e9s, de rouleaux, de poches ou d&rsquo;escargots, car la p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lastique et facile \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner. Vous pouvez aussi faire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka vous-m\u00eame, la p\u00e2te sera alors plus \u00e9lastique. La p\u00e2te pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi est bien s\u00fbr aussi possible et j&rsquo;ai honn\u00eatement utilis\u00e9 cette p\u00e2te dans cette recette &#8211; c&rsquo;est tout simplement plus rapide.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert cette variante de b\u00f6rek chez mes amis, j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de rendre le <strong>b\u00f6rek \u00e0 la turque avec de la viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est pourquoi cette recette de b\u00f6rek est \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une sauce cr\u00e9meuse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la recette originale du b\u00f6rek \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e de Bistro Badia, vous avez besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour la sauce : beurre, yaourt (10% de mati\u00e8res grasses) et lait entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autres produits d&rsquo;origine animale : \u0152ufs et viande de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens : P\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka et huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e9gumes : oignon, ail et tomate charnue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9pices : paprika en poudre, cumin, sel, poivre et graines de nigelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il est important<\/strong> que vous utilisiez <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pate-yufka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka<\/a> et non <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/recette-pate-filo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 filo<\/a>. Cette derni\u00e8re est plut\u00f4t destin\u00e9e aux desserts. En effet, il est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une sauce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e, d&rsquo;une sauce blanche cr\u00e9meuse et de couches de p\u00e2te. Si les plats se ressemblent au niveau de la structure, ils ne se ressemblent pas au niveau de la pr\u00e9paration et des ingr\u00e9dients.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez diviser le b\u00f6rek \u00e0 la turque en 3 grandes \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce blanche cr\u00e9meuse<\/strong>: faites fondre le beurre et m\u00e9langez-le avec le lait, le yaourt et les \u0153ufs. Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La farce de viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong>: coupez les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et les tomates en petits d\u00e9s. Faites revenir la viande hach\u00e9e et les oignons. Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail, les d\u00e9s de tomates et les \u00e9pices et laissez mijoter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Superposez des couches originales de b\u00f6rek avec de la viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong>: Tapisser un plat \u00e0 four de p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka, arroser de sauce, saupoudrer de farce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e et recouvrir de p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il ne reste plus rien.
