Vous n&rsquo;avez besoin que de quelques ingr\u00e9dients et vous pouvez l&rsquo;utiliser directement pour pr\u00e9parer des plats d\u00e9licieux et croustillants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-la-pate-a-yufka\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka<\/strong> est une p\u00e2te fine compos\u00e9e de farine, d&rsquo;eau, d&rsquo;huile et de sel. Il existe \u00e9galement des recettes de p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka sans huile, qui sont plus traditionnelles. Cependant, je trouve que la p\u00e2te devient encore un peu plus \u00e9lastique et ne se d\u00e9chire pas aussi rapidement lorsqu&rsquo;on y ajoute un peu d&rsquo;huile.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2te \u00e0 yufka est originaire de <em>Turquie<\/em>. En effet, le mot <em>yufka<\/em> est un mot turc qui signifie <em>fragile<\/em> et <em>cassant<\/em>. On distingue encore deux types de p\u00e2te : <em>Yufka Hamur<\/em>, qui ressemble \u00e0 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 strudel allemande et est utilis\u00e9e par exemple pour les b\u00f6rek, et <em>Yufka Ekmek<\/em>, qui est directement cuite comme une fine galette et est utilis\u00e9e par exemple pour les d\u00fcrum. Cette recette est pour le <strong>yufka hamur<\/strong>, pour que vous puissiez <strong>faire de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 b\u00f6rek vous-m\u00eame<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>p\u00e2te v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s populaire non seulement en Turquie, mais aussi dans d&rsquo;autres pays du Moyen-Orient et dans certaines r\u00e9gions des Balkans.
