En fait, je fais beaucoup de p\u00e2tisserie avec de la levure s\u00e8che, tout simplement parce que c&rsquo;est plus pratique, car elle <strong>se conserve<\/strong> beaucoup plus longtemps que la levure fra\u00eeche. C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;en ai toujours dans mon armoire \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre raison est que lorsque je pr\u00e9pare la levure s\u00e8che dans le liquide, je peux voir au bout de quelques minutes si elle travaille encore ou non. Si le liquide m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 la levure s\u00e8che ne fait pas de bulles, je l&rsquo;alimente simplement avec un peu <strong>de sucre<\/strong> et la levure se remet \u00e0 fonctionner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, attrapez le sachet de levure s\u00e8che et r\u00e9alisez la recette de tresse \u00e0 la levure en quelques \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dissolvez la levure dans du lait ti\u00e8de et p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te avec le reste des ingr\u00e9dients. Laissez ensuite reposer la p\u00e2te. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diviser la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e en trois morceaux, les rouler en longues saucisses et les entrelacer. c&rsquo;est aussi simple que \u00e7a !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas s\u00fbr de vous pour tresser ? Pas de panique, c&rsquo;est en fait tr\u00e8s facile, car vous trouverez ici un petit guide : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous divisez la p\u00e2te en trois morceaux que vous roulez en longueur de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir trois boudins de m\u00eame longueur et de m\u00eame \u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous placez les trois brins l&rsquo;un \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;autre en les espa\u00e7ant et vous les nouez \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenant, prenez le brin droit et placez-le sur le brin du milieu. Ensuite, prenez le brin de gauche et placez-le sur le nouveau brin du milieu (le brin de droite pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent). R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce processus jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la tresse soit termin\u00e9e (toujours placer le brin ext\u00e9rieur, droit ou gauche, sur le brin central).  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressez bien les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et glissez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s nou\u00e9es en haut et en bas de la tresse au beurre pour lui donner un joli d\u00e9but et une belle fin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mon conseil :<\/strong> ne roulez pas les m\u00e8ches trop fines et trop longues. Dans mon cas, la tresse tenait tout juste sur la plaque de cuisson.
