Que ce soit en plat principal l\u00e9ger, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/cat\u00e9gorie\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mezze<\/a> ou en accompagnement de grillades, cette <strong>salade<\/strong> fruit\u00e9e <strong>de lentilles<\/strong>, tomates, concombre, poivrons, graines de grenade et feta convient toujours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-ingredients-muris-au-soleil-pour-une-salade-aromatique-aux-lentilles\">Des ingr\u00e9dients m\u00fbris au soleil pour une salade aromatique aux lentilles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lentilles sont tr\u00e8s populaires dans la cuisine levantine, car elles sont riches en <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>, <strong>rassasiantes<\/strong> et merveilleusement <strong>polyvalentes<\/strong>. Du concombre croquant, des poivrons et des tomates cerises, des herbes fra\u00eeches, de la feta cr\u00e9meuse et des graines de grenade aigre-douce. En seulement <strong>30 minutes<\/strong>, vous pouvez en d\u00e9guster un bol color\u00e9.
