Le poulpe tendre avec des tomates et du persil, marin\u00e9 dans une vinaigrette fra\u00eeche au cumin et au citron, est une entr\u00e9e parfaite ou un plat principal l\u00e9ger. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser du poulpe cuit du rayon frais. Veillez toutefois \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit de bonne qualit\u00e9, sinon la salade de poulpe cuit n&rsquo;aura aucun go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que le poulpe reste la star du saladier, les ingr\u00e9dients sont r\u00e9duits. Seules quelques tomates cerises croquantes et sucr\u00e9es ainsi que du persil frais et \u00e9pic\u00e9 sont ajout\u00e9s. La vinaigrette au citron apporte encore un peu d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 \u00e0 la salade et compl\u00e8te le pulpo marin\u00e9.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous trouverez les ingr\u00e9dients m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens dans un supermarch\u00e9 bien achaland\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>De la mer :<\/strong> pulpo fra\u00eechement cuit.
