L&rsquo;association d&rsquo;une <strong>p\u00e2te de semoule au fromage<\/strong> fondue, d&rsquo;un <strong>pudding<\/strong> cr\u00e9meux et d&rsquo;un <strong>sirop de sucre<\/strong> aromatique en fait un des points forts de la cuisine arabe. Laissez-vous s\u00e9duire par ma <strong>recette de dessert arabe<\/strong> et savourez les saveurs du Levant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-le-halawet-el-jibn\"><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le halawet el jibn ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Halawet el Jibn<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, traduit de l&rsquo;arabe, signifie \u00ab\u00a0douceur du fromage\u00a0\u00bb. Ce <strong>dessert arabe<\/strong> est originaire de <em>Syrie<\/em>, notamment de la ville <em>de Hama<\/em>, et est tr\u00e8s populaire dans de nombreux pays du Levant, et donc bien s\u00fbr au Liban. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dessert arabe est constitu\u00e9 de petits rouleaux ou de petites poches de <strong>p\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e <\/strong>\u00e0 base de<strong> semoule <\/strong>et<strong> de fromage<\/strong>, fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/ashta-pudding-au-lait-aux-fruits-de-la-passion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;ashta<\/a> (un pudding doux) et napp\u00e9s d&rsquo;un sirop de sucre parfum\u00e9, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&rsquo;<strong>eau de rose et de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-halawet-el-jibn-la-douce-seduction-du-levant\">Halawet el Jibn : la douce s\u00e9duction du Levant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce <strong>dessert<\/strong> arabe <strong>au fromage<\/strong> est un v\u00e9ritable secret &#8211; cr\u00e9meux, fleuri et irr\u00e9sistiblement d\u00e9licieux. Si vous voulez servir quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 vos invit\u00e9s, essayez ce dessert &#8211; ils vont l&rsquo;adorer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste des ingr\u00e9dients n&rsquo;est pas si longue, mais elle comporte quelques particularit\u00e9s comme <strong>l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/strong>, l <strong>&lsquo;eau de rose<\/strong> et <strong>le mastic<\/strong>. Le mastic est une r\u00e9sine d&rsquo;arbre utilis\u00e9e dans la fabrication de gomme \u00e0 m\u00e2cher, de cosm\u00e9tiques et en cuisine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le mastic<\/strong> a d&rsquo;abord un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <strong>amer<\/strong>, puis lorsqu&rsquo;il d\u00e9veloppe son ar\u00f4me, il a un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <strong>\u00e2pre<\/strong> et un peu comme <strong>des aiguilles de pin<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour r\u00e9aliser ce dessert arabe, vous aurez besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients du pudding<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lait :<\/strong> du lait entier pour plus de saveur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e8me<\/strong>: rend le pudding cr\u00e9meux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mozzarella :<\/strong> prenez les boules, pas celle qui est r\u00e2p\u00e9e, car la consistance changerait trop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e9cule :<\/strong> pour \u00e9paissir le pudding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mastix :<\/strong> \u00e0 n&rsquo;utiliser qu&rsquo;<strong>en option<\/strong>. Si vous ne l&rsquo;aimez pas, ne le mettez pas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre :<\/strong> pour le sirop et la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Semoule de bl\u00e9 tendre :<\/strong> car la semoule fine convient mieux \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eau de rose et eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/strong>: pour aromatiser le sirop de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pistaches : <\/strong>moulues ou hach\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9coration. J&rsquo;aime cependant beaucoup la note l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re de ce dessert sucr\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-faire-le-dessert-sucre-du-levant\">Comment faire le dessert sucr\u00e9 du Levant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 le halawet el jibn pour la premi\u00e8re fois, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 intrigu\u00e9 et il m&rsquo;a rappel\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/knefeh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">knefeh<\/a>, qui est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du fromage. Pour les personnes ext\u00e9rieures qui ne connaissent pas le fromage dans les desserts, la liste des ingr\u00e9dients peut sembler d\u00e9routante, mais ayez confiance &#8211; vous ne sentirez pas le go\u00fbt de la mozzarella.
