Felizmente isso acabou &#8211; felizmente n\u00e3o tem de passar por experi\u00eancias. Dois dias s\u00e3o suficientes. De facto, normalmente tomo o pequeno-almo\u00e7o um pouco mais tarde, mas depois adoro uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o entusiasta. Uma tigela de gr\u00e3o de bico quente em molho tahini \u00e9 a coisa certa. Tudo isto se chama musabaha e n\u00e3o passa realmente de um hummus muito r\u00fastico e quente.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gr\u00e3o-de-bico flutuante?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No Levante, h\u00e1 uma verdadeira luta quando se trata da receita perfeita para o h\u00famus. Cada pa\u00eds e mesmo cada regi\u00e3o em cada pa\u00eds e cada fam\u00edlia em cada regi\u00e3o em cada pa\u00eds tem a sua pr\u00f3pria receita. Esta receita \u00e9 ent\u00e3o por defini\u00e7\u00e3o e com letra e selo o original absoluto. E ai de quem afirma o contr\u00e1rio &#8211; ouch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musabaha \u00e9 muito semelhante, mas comecemos desde o in\u00edcio. Musabaha \u00e9 basicamente uma forma r\u00fastica ou r\u00fastica de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00famus<\/a>. Tomar gr\u00e3o-de-bico, tahini, alho, lim\u00e3o e cominho. Estes s\u00e3o os ingredientes b\u00e1sicos para o hummus e tamb\u00e9m para a musabaha. Contudo, com musabaha, o gr\u00e3o de bico permanece inteiro e n\u00e3o \u00e9 maltratado com uma varinha m\u00e1gica. Chickpeas a nadar em molho tahini, por assim dizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E &#8220;flutuante&#8221; poderia at\u00e9 ser o nome deste prato divinamente delicioso. Em \u00e1rabe, nadar significa algo como &#8220;musabah&#8221;. No L\u00edbano, claro, a U \u00e9 sempre deixada de fora &#8211; depois chama-se M&#8217;sabah ou M&#8217;sabaha. Mas h\u00e1 outra vers\u00e3o para clarificar o nome. No Isl\u00e3o, h\u00e1 o misbaha &#8211; um fio de missangas que s\u00e3o &#8220;contadas&#8221; quando se reza. O gr\u00e3o-de-bico deve, portanto, fazer lembrar estas p\u00e9rolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muitos caminhos levam \u00e0 deliciosa Musabaha!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A fim de evitar uma pequena guerra sobre as diferentes formas de fazer Musabaha, prefiro dizer desde j\u00e1: existem diferen\u00e7as regionais!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>H\u00e1 a vers\u00e3o em que se faz uma esp\u00e9cie de h\u00famus super escorregadio como molho e depois mistura-se gr\u00e3o-de-bico inteiro nele.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depois h\u00e1 a vers\u00e3o com iogurte e tahini como molho com gr\u00e3o de bico inteiro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numa outra varia\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 feito um molho de tahini e o gr\u00e3o-de-bico \u00e9 banhado nele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A minha m\u00e3e \u00e9 a favor da terceira variedade. Pessoalmente, gosto da variedade n\u00ba 4: fa\u00e7o um molho de tahini, pressiono um pouco do gr\u00e3o-de-bico e depois misturo-o com o resto do gr\u00e3o-de-bico. Desta forma tem um molho mais cremoso e v\u00e1rias texturas na sua boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas n\u00e3o importa a vers\u00e3o que fa\u00e7a, s\u00e3o todas super deliciosas! Aqui n\u00e3o h\u00e1 certo ou errado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finalmente vem o topping perfeito<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o importa que tipo de topping deve ser para si: Abund\u00e2ncia de azeite de qualidade (!) \u00e9 essencial! Servir com <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p\u00e3o-pita-leban\u00eas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o pita<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caso contr\u00e1rio, a escolha \u00e9-lhe prejudicial! Pode superar a sua Musabaha com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pinh\u00f5es torrados e menta seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomates cortados em cubos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa fresca e menta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flocos de pimenta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00f3 de p\u00e1prica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ovo de pequeno-almo\u00e7o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/molho-de-manga-amba-levantine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amba<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/zhug-molho-de-coentros-de-piripiri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zhug<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou pode simplesmente montar uma grande mistura. Musabaha \u00e9 totalmente individual e sempre um pequeno-almo\u00e7o absolutamente delicioso. O gr\u00e3o de bico rico em prote\u00ednas, as boas gorduras do tahini e o azeite de oliva t\u00eam a garantia de o manter cheio durante muito tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar de Musabaha ter um bom sabor a frio, recomendo vivamente que o desfrute quente.
