Para mim, o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e9 definitivamente um deles. Quase nada me faz mais feliz do que mergulhar um peda\u00e7o de p\u00e3o pita fresco em hummus quente e cremoso. Portanto, para mim, s\u00f3 o creme de gr\u00e3o de bico \u00e9 suficiente para me mandar para o \u00eaxtase. Uma verdadeira for\u00e7a do creme \u00e9 que ele pode formar simbioses altamente deliciosas com outros pratos. Como esta fus\u00e3o:&nbsp;<strong>hummus com rebentos assados de Bruxelas<\/strong>&nbsp;e um molho maravilhosamente arom\u00e1tico de menta fresca e sumagre picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hummus-com-rebentos-assados-de-bruxelas-e-um-atordoador\">Hummus com rebentos assados de Bruxelas \u00e9 um atordoador!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando comprei uma rede de&nbsp;<strong>brotos de Bruxelas<\/strong>&nbsp;no outro dia, j\u00e1 sabia o que queria fazer com eles. Torr\u00e1-los no forno com um pouco de azeite para obter todo o sabor dos mini rebentos. Tamb\u00e9m gosto de cozinhar, mas infelizmente o repolho perde algum do seu sabor para mim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, quando estou a fazer compras, muitas vezes tenho as ideias que gostaria ou poderia cozinhar mais tarde. Assim, soube logo de imediato, enquanto fazia as compras, que queria definitivamente fazer h\u00famus fresco com as couves de Bruxelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu nunca tinha experimentado a combina\u00e7\u00e3o antes, mas tudo se encaixou muito bem na minha cabe\u00e7a. Ent\u00e3o misturei sumac, sumo de lim\u00e3o, menta fresca, um pouco de cebola picada e uma boa quantidade de azeite e verti-a sobre o prato com o hummus e os rebentos assados de Bruxelas e eis que a fus\u00e3o \u00e9 perfeita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, quando se acolhe um pouco de tudo com um peda\u00e7o de p\u00e3o pita, o seu paladar tem primeiro uma verdadeira festa!
