Sei que n\u00e3o se pode realmente juntar estes tr\u00eas nomes, mas a abordagem \u00e9 a mesma. De facto, sempre tive o h\u00e1bito de polvilhar o material com uma boa colherada de a\u00e7\u00facar e com\u00ea-lo. Mas fica ainda melhor: latkes com labneh, azeitonas e za&#8217;atar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonito e fino e estaladi\u00e7o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gosto que os latkes sejam bonitos, finos e estaladi\u00e7os. Para mim, eles n\u00e3o t\u00eam de ser perfeitamente redondos. Gosto muito quando os lados s\u00e3o fr\u00edgidos e os aromas a assados se desenvolvem muito bem durante a fritura. Para isso, coloco sempre uma colher de sopa na frigideira e pressiono tudo para uma forma redonda com a parte de tr\u00e1s da colher. O resto est\u00e1 ao acaso. Desta forma, s\u00e3o um pouco mais leves no meio e agradavelmente tostados-escuros em direc\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s bordas.
