Adoro a leveza e os deliciosos <strong>aromas a torrado<\/strong> que a alface estaladi\u00e7a adquire durante a grelha. E quando \u00e9 coberto com um molho picante de harissa e mel, as minhas papilas gustativas ficam realmente loucas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface grelhados: estaladi\u00e7os, suculentos e arom\u00e1ticos!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verdade, posso comer cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface sozinhos como um snack entre as refei\u00e7\u00f5es. Adoro a frescura maravilhosa, o estaladi\u00e7o e as suaves notas amargas! Os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface grelhados s\u00e3o uma verdadeira del\u00edcia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 engra\u00e7ado como um produto pouco impressionante se torna, de repente, numa iguaria muito boa. Os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface grelhados s\u00e3o t\u00e3o r\u00e1pidos e f\u00e1ceis de fazer que se tornaram um elemento permanente nas minhas rondas de churrasco, juntamente com a <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/espetadas-de-frango-shish-taouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">as espetadas de frango<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/espetos-de-halloumi-da-grelha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">os palitos de halloumi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, basta cortar os tenros cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface romana ao meio e pincel\u00e1-los ligeiramente com azeite para que n\u00e3o se colem \u00e0 grelha. Depois, os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface podem ir para o grelhador. \u00c9 t\u00e3o simples quanto isso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o processo de grelhar, os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface ficam com muito fogo e, por conseguinte, com um aroma a torrado muito agrad\u00e1vel. Normalmente, s\u00f3 deixo os meus cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface grelhados na grelha quente durante cerca de 2 a 3 minutos, para que n\u00e3o fiquem demasiado moles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A beleza dos cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface grelhados \u00e9 que ainda permanecem ligeiramente estaladi\u00e7os. Isso \u00e9 muito divertido na boca! Depois de grelhados, adiciono um pouco de sal e, claro, o delicioso molho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Molho de mel de Harissa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O molho \u00e9 basicamente um <strong>vinagrete<\/strong> com azeite e vinagre. Adicione chalotas, mel (em alternativa, xarope de agave) e, claro <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/harissa-com-\u00e1gua-de-rosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harissa<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O picante da harissa d\u00e1 ao vinagrete muita for\u00e7a. Combina muito bem com os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface grelhados e completa a experi\u00eancia gustativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se lhe apetecer, pode tamb\u00e9m experimentar os cora\u00e7\u00f5es de alface com <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/molho-tahini-a-receita-b\u00e1sica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">molho tahini<\/a>.
