Anivers\u00e1rios, Passagem de Ano, Natal, Ramad\u00e3o, Chanouka, Dia do Nome, Dia da Terra\u2026 N\u00e3o importa! Todos os dias festivos devem ser usados para comer no sambousek! E uma vez que estes pequenos bolinhos deliciosamente recheados n\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis nas lojas, tem de os preparar meticulosamente, \u00e9 claro. Uma tarefa de S\u00edsifo &#8211; pelo menos era isso que eu costumava pensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um cl\u00e1ssico para cada mezze!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 realmente assim! Sempre que um dos meus irm\u00e3os ou eu temos um anivers\u00e1rio, a minha m\u00e3e produz estes deliciosos sambousek com recheio de carne picada no seu arm\u00e1rio. E sempre que um de n\u00f3s entra na cozinha, \u00e9 recebido directamente pelo olhar lament\u00e1vel da m\u00e3e que parece choramingar &#8220;Por favor ajudem-me, n\u00e3o aguento mais&#8230;&#8221;. Mas os meus irm\u00e3os e eu somos bestas sem cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Damos-lhe um beijo na bochecha, acariciamos-lhe as costas, roubamos uma sambousek j\u00e1 pronta no processo, e fugimos a dar palmadas uma na outra. Yep&#8230;..we s\u00e3o pequenos, maus, gananciosos, ingratos &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bem, em qualquer caso, estas empanadas Levantinas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o, naturalmente, a \u00fanica delicadeza na mesa do mezze. Devem ser acompanhados de pelo menos <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tabouleh<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/creme-de-beringela-baba-ghanoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p\u00e3o-pita-leban\u00eas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o pita<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bolsos-de-espinafres-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bolsos de espinafres<\/a> e alguns <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kafta<\/a>. Quem ser\u00e1 que o prepara?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sambousek &#8211; as empanadas levantinas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudo a brincar \u00e0 parte: Claro que tamb\u00e9m ajud\u00e1mos. Mas \u00e9 claro que pelo menos metade do sambousek foi lanchado logo na cozinha, mesmo antes da refei\u00e7\u00e3o propriamente dita. Em crian\u00e7a, a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o sempre me pareceu infernalmente dif\u00edcil. Mas agora sei que os bolinhos cheios s\u00e3o de facto bastante f\u00e1ceis de fazer. Demora apenas um pouco de tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A massa n\u00e3o precisa de levedura e s\u00f3 precisa de um pouco de descanso antes de ser processada posteriormente. O recheio de carne picada, cebola, especiarias e pinh\u00f5es \u00e9 realmente feito em pouco tempo. A prop\u00f3sito, o sambousek da foto foi feito com carne picada vegan &#8211; e sabe t\u00e3o bem como os animais. Sambouek tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel com feta &#8211; no caso de necessitar de um pouco de variedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma vez preparada a massa e o recheio, tudo o que tem de fazer \u00e9 enrol\u00e1-los, cort\u00e1-los, ench\u00ea-los e sel\u00e1-los. Depois colocar os bolinhos no \u00f3leo de fritura quente e fritar at\u00e9 ficarem estaladi\u00e7os. A selagem dos bolinhos \u00e9 uma arte em si mesma. Pode torcer as arestas \u00e0 m\u00e3o ou pression\u00e1-las com um garfo. Acho ambos os padr\u00f5es bonitos &#8211; e n\u00e3o faz absolutamente nenhuma diferen\u00e7a para o sabor \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um pacote de amor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mim, os sambousek s\u00e3o definitivamente pequenos pacotes cheios de amor. Eu sei que a minha m\u00e3e adora prepar\u00e1-los para n\u00f3s. E eu sei que cada pequeno pacote \u00e9 feito \u00e0 m\u00e3o e com dedica\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso, quando vou visitar a minha m\u00e3e e volto para casa para desfazer a mochila e encontrar um saco cheio de sambousek, o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o incha e penso numa pessoa muito especial a cada
