Corro de mel\u00e3o em mel\u00e3o, ponho o meu ouvido nele e come\u00e7o a minha extensa investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Como \u00e9 que soa o mel\u00e3o perfeito? Soa um pouco oco, mas n\u00e3o demasiado oco &#8211; percebem o que quero dizer?! O som deve ser equilibrado, harmonioso e, de certa forma, sumarento. De qualquer forma, preciso sempre das melancias mais perfeitas para a minha <strong>salada<\/strong> de mel\u00e3o <strong>com queijo feta e azeitonas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salada de melancia refrescante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para al\u00e9m do <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a> e do <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-colorida-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fattoush<\/a>, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 melhor salada para mim no ver\u00e3o do que a <strong>salada de melancia<\/strong>. A frescura doce da melancia combinada com o saboroso queijo feta, as azeitonas arom\u00e1ticas e a hortel\u00e3 \u00e9 simplesmente um sonho absoluto. A hortel\u00e3, em particular, d\u00e1 \u00e0 salada um toque extra de frescura!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a salada de mel\u00e3o, sirvo-me de uma <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/ch\u00e1-gelado-de-rom\u00e3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">limonada<\/a> caseira fresca e come\u00e7a o programa de arrefecimento do ver\u00e3o: pernas para cima e bom apetite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As azeitonas arom\u00e1ticas v\u00e3o muito bem com ele!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando se trata de azeitonas, sou sempre um defensor absoluto das azeitonas com caro\u00e7o. T\u00eam mais sabor, mas t\u00eam de ser mordiscadas. Para n\u00e3o diminuir a gra\u00e7a da <strong>salada de mel\u00e3o<\/strong> e n\u00e3o ter de morder um caro\u00e7o vezes sem conta, prefiro usar as azeitonas sem caro\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se precisar de uma dica para o tipo de azeitonas para a salada de mel\u00e3o, posso recomendar as <strong>azeitonas Kalamata<\/strong> super arom\u00e1ticas! Eu era capaz de as comer assim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu sei que os podia cortar \u00e0 m\u00e3o, mas&#8230; n\u00e3o. A salada de mel\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m vive do facto de ser muito r\u00e1pida de preparar. Ah, sim: se, como eu, tamb\u00e9m adora <strong>coentros<\/strong>, substitua a hortel\u00e3 por eles. Fica com um sabor muito diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, a grande pancada na melancia continua depois da refei\u00e7\u00e3o: na minha barriga cheia!
