E quando o suculento peixe assado \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m colocado numa cama cremosa e fofa de <strong>pur\u00e9 de batata<\/strong> com alho, a festa come\u00e7a mesmo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e3o simples, mas t\u00e3o arom\u00e1tico: a crosta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O lombo de bacalhau assado j\u00e1 \u00e9 incrivelmente saboroso por si s\u00f3, mas com uma crosta estaladi\u00e7a cheia de sabores torna-se um verdadeiro espet\u00e1culo! Pessoalmente, gosto muito do lombo de bacalhau, pois tem um sabor quase doce e uma \u00f3ptima textura firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A deliciosa crosta \u00e9 super r\u00e1pida de fazer! Os ingredientes principais s\u00e3o bons <strong>lim\u00f5es biol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>, <strong>coentros<\/strong> frescos, <strong>am\u00eandoas<\/strong> e <strong>panko<\/strong>. Este \u00faltimo \u00e9 um p\u00e3o ralado mais grosso, que d\u00e1 \u00e0 crosta a sua deliciosa croc\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a crosta, basta ralar a raspa de lim\u00e3o, picar rapidamente as am\u00eandoas e os coentros e misturar tudo com o panko e um pouco de manteiga. Tamb\u00e9m gosto de acrescentar uma pitada de <strong>malagueta<\/strong>. Isto torna o lombo de bacalhau assado muito arom\u00e1tico!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando a mistura estiver pronta, basta colocar tudo sobre o lombo de bacalhau e o forno far\u00e1 o resto por si. Entretanto, pode tratar do pur\u00e9 de batata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pur\u00e9 de batata com alho<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pessoalmente, gosto muito de batatas cozidas! Mas gosto ainda mais de pur\u00e9 de batata! A forma cl\u00e1ssica consiste em amassar as batatas cozidas com um pouco de manteiga, leite ou natas e um pouco de noz-moscada. Na minha vers\u00e3o, acrescenta-se uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de alho &#8211; <strong>alho cozido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o se preocupe, o alho \u00e9 uma coisa muito simples! Basta juntar alguns dentes de alho embrulhados em papel de alum\u00ednio ao lombo de bacalhau assado e deixar cozinhar no forno durante cerca de 30 minutos. Entretanto, as batatas podem cozer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim que o alho estiver cozinhado, pode simplesmente espremer os dentes individuais para fora da pele e adicion\u00e1-los \u00e0s batatas coadas. Depois, pode come\u00e7ar a fazer o pur\u00e9. Basta juntar a manteiga, o leite e o alho \u00e0s batatas e esmagar com um esmagador at\u00e9 obter a consist\u00eancia desejada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 claro que se pode fazer um pur\u00e9 de batata muito cremoso ou deix\u00e1-lo ligeiramente grosso. Pessoalmente, gosto que o pur\u00e9 de batata para o lombo de bacalhau assado seja ligeiramente grosso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lombo de bacalhau assado &#8211; o jantar est\u00e1 servido!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O lombo de bacalhau assado com uma crosta deliciosa est\u00e1 pronto &#8211; ver! O pur\u00e9 de batata com alho est\u00e1 pronto &#8211; verificado! Depois \u00e9 altura de servir o peixe. De alguma forma, parece ser uma quest\u00e3o de f\u00e9 se se coloca o peixe diretamente sobre o pur\u00e9 ou apenas metade por cima ou ambos separadamente, um ao lado do outro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que pode fazer como quiser. Decore o seu prato com coentros frescos picados e rodelas de lim\u00e3o.
