A maior parte da baklava que se pode comprar aqui n\u00e3o \u00e9 nem de longe suficientemente boa para mim. Desde a visita \u00e0 Itihad Sweets em Aley (L\u00edbano), nenhuma outra pastelaria pode competir. Esta loja estragou-me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verdade, essa \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m a raz\u00e3o pela qual ainda n\u00e3o tenho uma \u00fanica receita de baklava no blogue. Durante anos, tenho tentado decifrar esta receita uma e outra vez para a partilhar convosco aqui (ou fornec\u00ea-la a mim pr\u00f3prio durante todo o ano&#8230;). Infelizmente, ainda n\u00e3o tive sucesso. Eu n\u00e3o vou desistir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando as pessoas pensam em baklava, pensam realmente em bombas de diabetes a nadar em xarope de a\u00e7\u00facar e a pingar com ele. Demasiado doce e pouco crocante. Para al\u00e9m do a\u00e7\u00facar e da flor de laranjeira ou da \u00e1gua das rosas, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 praticamente nada a provar. H\u00e1 outra forma. Baklava no L\u00edbano \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m doce, mas incomparavelmente mais subtil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primeira dentada, notar\u00e1 que \u00e9 incrivelmente estaladi\u00e7a. Provar\u00e1 todos os frutos secos, as especiarias e os sabores. E porque a do\u00e7ura \u00e9 realmente drasticamente subtil, vai querer outra &#8211; e outra &#8211; e outra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s algumas tentativas falhadas, tive de inventar outra coisa. E foi a\u00ed que tive a ideia de desenvolver a minha pr\u00f3pria receita, que \u00e9 realmente evocada num instante &#8211; e alivia a minha dor de ainda n\u00e3o ter encontrado a receita certa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o utilizo deliberadamente a massa folhada que \u00e9 normalmente utilizada para isto e, em vez disso, utilizo massa folhada padr\u00e3o. Se utilizar massa folhada vegan, tamb\u00e9m tem&nbsp;<strong>baklava vegan<\/strong>. Isto cria uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o na boca ligeiramente diferente, mas continua a ser delicioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o seja baklava no verdadeiro sentido da palavra, pensar\u00e1 imediatamente em baklava quando a provar. Baklava como deve ser. Uma massa maravilhosamente amanteigada, um recheio de muitas nozes com canela e cardamomo e algumas gotas bem afinadas de xarope de a\u00e7\u00facar. As m\u00e3os \u00e1geis t\u00eam os carac\u00f3is pequenos prontos em cima da mesa ap\u00f3s apenas 30 minutos. Todos os outros precisam de mais 5 minutos \ud83d\ude43<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se n\u00e3o consegue resistir a uma sobremesa celestial, recomendo&nbsp;<a
