Porque \u00e9 que este <strong>p\u00e3o pita liban\u00eas<\/strong> no forno se separa exactamente no meio? Porque \u00e9 que se ensopa e se transforma num mini bal\u00e3o?!<br \/>&#8220;Mundo louco!&#8221; Eu pensava quando era crian\u00e7a &#8211; e a minha m\u00e3e ria do meu espanto.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Isto \u00e9 massa m\u00e1gica&#8221;, sussurrou ela ao meu ouvido. &#8220;Assim que aponto para ela com a minha colher m\u00e1gica de cozinha (na verdade ela usou um garfo &#8211; apercebi-me anos depois&#8230;), sopro ar para dentro dela e o p\u00e3o transforma-se num bal\u00e3o *whoooooosh*!&#8221; disse-me ela e tirou o p\u00e3o seguinte do forno. &#8220;Ver?&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/scans_badia-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1166px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1166\/790;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora, d\u00e9cadas mais tarde, eu pr\u00f3prio cozinho este p\u00e3o e ainda n\u00e3o sei como \u00e9 que o p\u00e3o se ensopa como um bal\u00e3o. Mesmo o or\u00e1culo omnisciente &#8220;Google&#8221; ainda n\u00e3o foi capaz de me dar uma resposta concreta e cred\u00edvel. Portanto, n\u00e3o teve outra escolha sen\u00e3o coz\u00ea-la ela pr\u00f3pria. A minha m\u00e3e costumava cozer alguns quilos de massa em p\u00e3o pita. No entanto, n\u00e3o sobreviveu muito tempo, considerando que se podia fazer tantas noivas deliciosas embrulhadas (\u00e9 o que chamam embrulhos no L\u00edbano) com ele. Apenas embrulh\u00e1mos tudo no p\u00e3o pita. Uma das minhas embalagens favoritas era com chips caseiros e ketchup ^^<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas tamb\u00e9m mergulhado em azeite delicioso e <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\">zaatar<\/a> &#8211; ou com <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/queijo-fresco-liban\u00eas-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\">labneh<\/a> e pepino&#8230; Poderia continuar para sempre. Mas agora est\u00e1s a chegar! Cozinhe o seu pr\u00f3prio p\u00e3o pita e veja a magia acontecer no forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-uma-pequena-dica\">Uma pequena dica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o apenas no forno sempre foi um pouco complicada. A temperatura e o timing t\u00eam de estar correctos! A minha m\u00e3e \u00e9 muito inventiva quando se trata de alcan\u00e7ar os resultados desejados. Por exemplo, ela costumava colocar uma grelha no fog\u00e3o, ligar a placa completamente e dar ao p\u00e3o pita liban\u00eas o calor adequado de baixo directamente sobre esta grelha antes do p\u00e3o plano entrar novamente no forno por um curto per\u00edodo de tempo. \u00c9 muito trabalho, mas sempre compensou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-actualizacao-revi-e-melhorei-a-receita-em-julho-de-2021\">Actualiza\u00e7\u00e3o: Revi e melhorei a receita em Julho de 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consegui, de facto, tornar o p\u00e3o pita liban\u00eas perfeito ainda mais perfeito! Experimentei muito com diferentes tipos de farinha, tempos de repouso, temperaturas e tempos de cozedura. O meu objectivo era fazer o p\u00e3o plano t\u00e3o bom num forno normal como se o tivesses comprado (e ainda melhor!!!). Definitivamente, deve elevar-se sempre como um bal\u00e3o, ser perfeito para mergulhar e deve ser realmente agrad\u00e1vel e el\u00e1stico para que tamb\u00e9m o possa enrolar em inv\u00f3lucros. Agora consegui e, claro, estou a passar-vos a nova receita directamente para v\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 um passo importante que n\u00e3o se deve esquecer ao preparar o p\u00e3o: Depois de ter assado o p\u00e3o, este deve ser colocado num saco de pl\u00e1stico depois de arrefecido. Esta \u00e9 a \u00fanica forma de garantir que permanece el\u00e1stica e perfeitamente rol\u00e1vel mesmo um dia mais tarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O p\u00e3o Pita tamb\u00e9m funciona a partir da panela<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora tamb\u00e9m experimentei os p\u00e3es pita libaneses na frigideira e funciona maravilhosamente aqui tamb\u00e9m. Basta ter em conta que o p\u00e3o n\u00e3o se levanta como um bal\u00e3o e permanece mais compacto.
