Quer se trate de caf\u00e9s, padarias ou pastelarias, <strong>os cupcakes com chocolate<\/strong> e creme doce fazem parte do expositor para seduzir todos os gulosos. Eu n\u00e3o me excluo. Adoro olhar para todas as iguarias atrav\u00e9s da montra e, depois de muita delibera\u00e7\u00e3o, decidir-me por diferentes varia\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fa\u00e7a os seus pr\u00f3prios queques de chocolate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por vezes, deixo os muffins onde est\u00e3o e levo comigo alguma inspira\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o costumava gostar muito de cozinhar, mas agora estou a tomar-lhe o gosto. No outro dia, encontrei a nossa forma de muffins na cozinha de conte\u00fado e ainda havia um resto de tarte <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/tarte-de-chocolate-com-creme-de-cardamomo-pist\u00e1chio\/\">de chocolate com cobertura de pist\u00e1chio<\/a> na mesa &#8211; por isso, tive a ideia de tornar o bolo mais manej\u00e1vel e transform\u00e1-lo numa cria\u00e7\u00e3o para levar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso dizer mais nada para o fazer. Fazer os seus pr\u00f3prios queques de chocolate \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil, porque quase sempre tem os ingredientes em casa. E um tabuleiro para muffins tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma boa compra. Pode utiliz\u00e1-lo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 para fazer muffins, mas tamb\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/knefeh-minis-receita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">minis Knefeh<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/mocha-tortas-de-chocolate\/\">cupcakes de chocolate<\/a> crocantes. O que aprendi com a cozedura \u00e9 que os ingredientes devem estar sempre \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. Assim, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil bater os ovos ou a manteiga, por exemplo, e torna-os mais cremosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependendo do evento para o qual est\u00e1 a fazer os <strong>cupcakes<\/strong>, pode untar o tabuleiro dos muffins com manteiga ou forr\u00e1-lo com forminhas de papel. Os copos de papel s\u00e3o altamente recomendados se os cupcakes forem para festas de anivers\u00e1rio de crian\u00e7as ou para levar para casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A cobertura: creme de pist\u00e1chio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialmente para a <strong>cobertura<\/strong>, o <strong>creme de pist\u00e1chio<\/strong> agridoce, \u00e9 importante que os ingredientes tenham sido levados \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. Assim, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil misturar a manteiga amolecida e o queijo creme com os outros ingredientes, o que resulta numa mistura sem grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aplicar o creme de pist\u00e1chio nos muffins de chocolate, \u00e9 prefer\u00edvel utilizar um <strong>saco de paste<\/strong> leiro com um <strong>bico em forma de estrela<\/strong>. Como pode ver nas minhas cria\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o o fiz. Porque \u00e9 que se est\u00e1 a perguntar? Bem, n\u00e3o consegui encontrar o saco de pasteleiro nem a caixa de bicos. Isto foi muito chato, mas se n\u00e3o tiveres este equipamento em casa ou se n\u00e3o o encontrares como eu, pega num saco de congela\u00e7\u00e3o, enche-o com a mistura e corta um pequeno canto. Meine andere Lieblingsk\u00fcche ist definitiv die levantinische. Frische Kr\u00e4uter, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze, viel Gem\u00fcse und fluffig-knuspriges Fladenbrot. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich. Und kochen. Aufgewachsen bin ich im frischen Norden zwischen Kartoffel- und Kohlfeldern. Meine ersten Gerichte waren daher eher deftig und traditionell deutsch. Als ich dann zum Studieren wegzog, lernte ich nicht nur neue Menschen kennen, sondern mit ihnen auch neue K\u00fcchen und Rezepte. Ganz besonders die asiatische K\u00fcche hat es mir angetan. F\u00fcr die Pho Suppe flog ich nach Vietnam. Dort angekommen entdeckte ich meine wahre Liebe \u2013 das Banh Mi. Und futterte mich von Nord nach S\u00fcd. Meine andere Lieblingsk\u00fcche ist definitiv die levantinische. Frische Kr\u00e4uter, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze, viel Gem\u00fcse und fluffig-knuspriges Fladenbrot. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
