Por vezes, eu pr\u00f3prio noto isto e por vezes dizem-me educadamente para sorrir ou para parar de bater com a cabe\u00e7a contra algo. A perspectiva do <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00famus<\/a> pode normalizar um pouco o meu comportamento. E se houver uma bela cobertura, como couve-flor assada e molho de \u00e2mbar frutado, posso at\u00e9 sorrir novamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hummus-x-couve-flor-x-ambar\">Hummus x Couve-flor x \u00c2mbar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Numa boa mesa de mezze h\u00e1 sempre um prato bem cheio de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/legumes-fritos-makali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">makali<\/a>. Estes s\u00e3o vegetais mistos e fritos. A couve-flor \u00e9 um produto imprescind\u00edvel. E como pessoalmente gosto de passar de um prato para o outro e mergulhar o meu p\u00e3o pita directamente em todas as pequenas tigelas, por vezes acabo por ter combina\u00e7\u00f5es muito saborosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A combina\u00e7\u00e3o de hummus cremoso, os sabores assados da couve e as notas frutadas de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/molho-de-manga-amba-levantine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amba<\/a> deram-me uma breve pausa no meu movimento de combina\u00e7\u00e3o-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o: &#8220;Oh, isto precisa definitivamente de ir para o blog!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E assim fiz esta deliciosa cria\u00e7\u00e3o e adicionei algumas cebolas de sumagre caramelizadas e am\u00eandoas picadas. Tudo \u00e9 guarnecido com salsa fresca, algumas sementes de s\u00e9samo e cominho preto. Torrei a couve-flor no forno para reduzir a gordura. Claro que tamb\u00e9m se pode fritar profundamente a couve-flor \ud83d\ude09 N\u00e3o sou f\u00e3 dela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A receita \u00e9 para 4 pessoas como prato principal ou para 8 pessoas como
