Claro que tamb\u00e9m pode mexer a geleia de fruta no seu iogurte ou us\u00e1-la para refinar bolos. Mas, para mim, sabe melhor de manh\u00e3 num croissant amanteigado ou num <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p\u00e3o-de-rua-kaak-lebanese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">croissant<\/a> acabado de cozer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-geleia-de-roma-e-framboesa-sabores-do-levante-num-so-copo\">Geleia de rom\u00e3 e framboesa &#8211; sabores do Levante num s\u00f3 copo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>sementes de rom\u00e3<\/strong> n\u00e3o s\u00f3 t\u00eam um aspecto bonito, como tamb\u00e9m um sabor deliciosamente \u00e1cido e doce. Enquanto as sementes vermelhas real\u00e7am o aspecto de um ou dois pratos, como a <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-de-bulgur-com-zaatar-e-rom\u00e3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salada de bulgur<\/a>, pode-se usar <strong>sumo de ro<\/strong> m\u00e3 para fazer um refrescante <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/ch\u00e1-gelado-de-rom\u00e3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ch\u00e1 gelado de<\/a> rom\u00e3 ou mesmo uma geleia frutada de rom\u00e3-raspadeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E o bom \u00e9 que N\u00c3O \u00e9 preciso descascar a rom\u00e3 para esta <strong>simples receita<\/strong>. J\u00e1 experimentei todas as t\u00e9cnicas de descascar &#8211; nenhuma delas me convenceu ainda. Por isso, \u00e9 ainda mais conveniente que s\u00f3 se precise do sumo para a geleia. Ou se compra fresco espremido ou se compra algumas rom\u00e3s e as espreme voc\u00ea mesmo &#8211; e \u00e9 realmente f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma <strong>geleia de rom\u00e3<\/strong> pura era um pouco aborrecida demais para mim e como ainda tinha algumas framboesas no frigor\u00edfico, elas tamb\u00e9m acabaram na panela. E para completar o sabor da geleia, algumas gotas de <strong>\u00e1gua de rosas<\/strong> s\u00e3o, naturalmente, uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o. Tradicionalmente, um toque de <strong>baunilha<\/strong> e um pouco de <strong>sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/strong> s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m adicionados \u00e0 mistura, que \u00e9 fervida com uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar de conserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compota ou geleia &#8211; com ou sem pe\u00e7as?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como \u00e9 que prefere comer o seu doce para barrar? Preferes alguns peda\u00e7os para mastigar ou uma geleia que se derrete na boca? Para mim \u00e9 diferente. N\u00e3o gosto de sementes, por isso fervia as framboesas e cozava-as atrav\u00e9s de uma peneira fina. Isso tamb\u00e9m se pode fazer. Se n\u00e3o se importar com as sementes, pode saltar este passo e a sua geleia de rom\u00e3-framboesa estar\u00e1 pronta ainda mais depressa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m diferen\u00e7as na consist\u00eancia. Deve deixar ferver a sua geleia durante pelo menos 1 minuto. Quanto mais tempo ferver, mais firme ser\u00e1 a consist\u00eancia. Pode tamb\u00e9m test\u00e1-la no intervalo, colocando uma colher do l\u00edquido a ferver num prato &#8211; se se tornar espesso e firme ap\u00f3s um momento, est\u00e1 pronta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a de provar a receita &#8211; e como disse antes: a geleia rom\u00e3-framboesa sabe melhor com um croissant amanteigado e alguns <strong>pist\u00e1cios<\/strong> picados.
