At\u00e9 hoje, sinceramente, n\u00e3o consigo perceber porque \u00e9 que tantas crian\u00e7as t\u00eam, supostamente, avers\u00e3o a este vegetal divino. E, no entanto, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer coisas incrivelmente deliciosas com ele. Por exemplo, pode colocar espinafres em <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bolsos-de-espinafres-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bolinhos de<\/a> massa com queijo feta, fazer uma salada com eles ou servi-los como um delicioso <strong>guisado de espinafres<\/strong> com pinh\u00f5es torrados sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/arroz-com-manteiga\/\">arroz perfumado com manteiga<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bulgur-com-manteiga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bulgur<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cozinha-caseira-levantina\">Cozinha caseira Levantina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu costumava vir da escola para casa e cheirava a&#8230; nada. Catastr\u00f3fico, n\u00e3o poss\u00edvel, uma impertin\u00eancia absoluta. (Iria ent\u00e3o imediatamente para as reservas do nosso pequeno mas sempre cheio esconderijo de chocolate). Afinal, n\u00e3o se deve manter \u00e0 espera uma crian\u00e7a faminta que acabou de ter 3 horas de escola (eu era uma diva como uma crian\u00e7a faminta, ainda hoje sou). Mas como que por magia, cerca de 30 minutos depois, havia um delicioso guisado de espinafres na mesa. A minha m\u00e3e \u00e9 r\u00e1pida a cozinhar, mas Yakhnet Sabanegh (que se traduz simplesmente como &#8220;guisado de espinafres&#8221;) \u00e9 de facto preparada num instante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ensopado-de-espinafres-em-duas-variacoes\">Ensopado de espinafres em duas varia\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 duas vers\u00f5es do guisado. A minha av\u00f3 preparava-o sempre com carne picada. A minha m\u00e3e, por outro lado, deixa de fora a carne. Ambas as vers\u00f5es sabem bem, prometo! Por isso, \u00e9 mimado pela escolha. Usei a receita da minha av\u00f3 e tamb\u00e9m usei alguma carne mo\u00edda, o que d\u00e1 ao guisado de espinafres um car\u00e1cter mais forte e mais caloroso. No entanto, os pinh\u00f5es rec\u00e9m-torrados s\u00e3o um produto imprescind\u00edvel &#8211; especialmente na vers\u00e3o vegan. Portanto, se quiser fazer o guisado vegan\/vegetariano, aumente um pouco a quantidade de pinh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-espinafres-frescos-ou-do-congelador\">Espinafres: Frescos ou do congelador?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pessoalmente adoro usar espinafres frescos e jovens em saladas. Para guisados, prefiro utilizar a vers\u00e3o congelada. O espinafre \u00e9 lavado directamente ap\u00f3s a colheita e congelado por choque. Assim, a maioria dos nutrientes permanece nos legumes. Al\u00e9m disso, o espinafre j\u00e1 est\u00e1 cortado e posso us\u00e1-lo de imediato. A prop\u00f3sito, o guisado de espinafres \u00e9 um verdadeiro guisado de Ver\u00e3o! Vem com um bom tra\u00e7o de sumo de lim\u00e3o, que d\u00e1 ao guisado uma frescura realmente saborosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facto engra\u00e7ado: no L\u00edbano, n\u00e3o se come o yakhnet sabanekh incluindo arroz com talheres, mas enfia-se tudo com <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p\u00e3o-pita-leban\u00eas\/\" target=\"_blank\">p\u00e3o<\/a> fresco <a
