Podes preparar facilmente o <strong>prato nacional eg\u00edpcio<\/strong> com a minha <strong>receita de koshari<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-e-o-koshari\">O que \u00e9 o Koshari?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koshari ou <strong>koshary<\/strong>, <strong>kushari<\/strong> e <strong>koshari<\/strong> \u00e9 considerado o <strong>prato nacional do Egito<\/strong>. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 muito cozinhado em casa, como tamb\u00e9m podes encontr\u00e1-lo nos mercados e nas esquinas, onde \u00e9 vendido como <strong>comida de rua<\/strong> barata.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este <strong>saboroso<\/strong> prato combina massa, arroz, lentilhas, gr\u00e3o-de-bico, molho de tomate e cebolas assadas e representa a <strong>diversidade<\/strong> da cozinha eg\u00edpcia, que \u00e9 influenciada pelas especiarias <strong>asi\u00e1ticas<\/strong> e pela cozinha <strong>mediterr\u00e2nica<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 um prato que reflecte <strong>a hist\u00f3ria<\/strong> e <strong>os sabores<\/strong> da regi\u00e3o. Tal como o Pad Thai ou o Nasi Goreng, \u00e9 preparado com os ingredientes dispon\u00edveis. Por conseguinte, os ingredientes podem variar de receita para receita.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diz-se que o Koshari tem as suas ra\u00edzes na <em>\u00cdndia<\/em> e \u00e9 uma vers\u00e3o modificada do <em>khichdi<\/em>, um prato indiano de arroz e lentilhas.
