Na verdade, eu costumava comprar o meu xarope pronto &#8211; at\u00e9 que um dia um amigo me deu um frasco de xarope de rom\u00e3 caseiro. Depois disso, comprar xarope j\u00e1 n\u00e3o era uma op\u00e7\u00e3o para mim. E assim come\u00e7ou a minha pequena aventura na terra das rom\u00e3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fazer-o-seu-proprio-xarope-de-roma-e-super-facil-se-o-timinig-estiver-certo\">Fazer o seu pr\u00f3prio xarope de rom\u00e3 \u00e9 super f\u00e1cil &#8211; se o timinig estiver certo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fazer um xarope de rom\u00e3 realmente bom, s\u00f3 s\u00e3o realmente necess\u00e1rios tr\u00eas ingredientes: <strong>Sumo de<\/strong> rom\u00e3, um pouco de <strong>a\u00e7\u00facar<\/strong> e <strong>sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/strong>. Basta colocar tudo numa panela, cozinh\u00e1-la em fogo brando durante muito tempo e acabar\u00e1 com o melhor xarope para a sua despensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, fiquei na cozinha e tentei a minha sorte. Para poupar tempo e dinheiro, utilizei sumo pronto (100%). Pode adquiri-lo em qualquer supermercado bem abastecido. Claro que poderia ter usado rom\u00e3s frescas e sumariz\u00e1-las &#8211; mas eu era pregui\u00e7oso e queria experiment\u00e1-las primeiro. Ent\u00e3o liguei o fog\u00e3o, pus tudo numa panela e fui embora. Deixei o meu temporizador correr para verificar e depois voltei ao pote ap\u00f3s uma hora&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-timing\">O timing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Chegando \u00e0 panela, o horror esperava-me. O sumo tinha desaparecido e uma massa vermelha profunda estava a borbulhar para mim (sim, eu sei, a neglig\u00eancia \u00e9 uma cabra que eu n\u00e3o merecia de outra forma!) O tempo de ebuli\u00e7\u00e3o do xarope \u00e9 super importante! Se estiver mesmo 5 minutos atrasado, o resultado \u00e9 um nojento &#8220;caramelo&#8221; de rom\u00e3 que n\u00e3o vai querer apreciar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A segunda tentativa foi muito melhor e a terceira foi finalmente perfeita! Uma vez que o tempo de ebuli\u00e7\u00e3o varia de acordo com a quantidade de sumo, experimentei algumas quantidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemplo: diferentes quantidades com diferentes tempos de cozedura<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml de sumo de rom\u00e3, 1 colher de sopa de a\u00e7\u00facar, 1 colher de ch\u00e1 de sumo de lim\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aproximadamente 60 ml de xarope<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durou aproximadamente 17 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml de sumo de rom\u00e3, 2 colheres de sopa de a\u00e7\u00facar, 1 colher de sopa de sumo de lim\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aprox. 100 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durou aproximadamente 30 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 litros de sumo de rom\u00e3, 6 colheres de sopa de a\u00e7\u00facar, 3 colheres de sopa de sumo de lim\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aprox. 300 &#8211; 320 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durou aproximadamente 90 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regra de ouro: Recebe-se sempre um m\u00e1ximo de 1\/3 da quantidade original de sumo de rom\u00e3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-saber-quando-o-seu-xarope-de-roma-esta-pronto\">Como saber quando o seu xarope de rom\u00e3 est\u00e1 pronto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os \u00faltimos minutos de ebuli\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o particularmente cr\u00edticos para a consist\u00eancia. Se falhar este momento, o seu xarope ser\u00e1 demasiado espesso e n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 utiliz\u00e1-lo. Portanto, esteja l\u00e1 5-10 minutos antes do fim do tempo e observe o processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se as bolhas se tornarem lentamente mais espessas, o seu xarope est\u00e1 t\u00e3o bom como pronto. Pode-se saber quando o xarope est\u00e1 pronto <strong>segurando uma colher de sopa no xarope a ferver e procurando uma pel\u00edcula avermelhada na parte de tr\u00e1s<\/strong>. Se conseguir desenhar uma linha no filme com o dedo (tenha cuidado, pode estar quente!), o seu xarope est\u00e1 pronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note-se tamb\u00e9m que o xarope se torna mais s\u00f3lido \u00e0 medida que arrefece. Deve, portanto, ainda ser l\u00edquido quando est\u00e1 quente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sos-ajuda-quando-as-coisas-nao-correm-bem\">SOS: Ajuda quando as coisas n\u00e3o correm bem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O xarope ficou demasiado tempo na panela:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como eu disse, \u00e9 importante que regresse \u00e0 panela suficientemente cedo e acompanhe o xarope durante os \u00faltimos minutos. Se ferver demasiado tempo, tornar-se-\u00e1 espesso e realmente s\u00f3lido. Infelizmente, o xarope fica ent\u00e3o arruinado e j\u00e1 n\u00e3o se pode utiliz\u00e1-lo. A prop\u00f3sito, o seu pote ser\u00e1 ent\u00e3o ocupado por um per\u00edodo de tempo mais longo. O xarope \u00e9 super quente! Portanto, por favor, tenha cuidado. Se isso lhe acontecer, o xarope transformou-se em caramelo e o pote j\u00e1 n\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel, deve manter a calma e encher o pote com \u00e1gua quente e deix\u00e1-lo de p\u00e9. Quando tudo tiver arrefecido, pode deitar \u00e1gua quente a quente corrente da torneira para o lava-loi\u00e7a. Gradualmente, tudo se dissolver\u00e1 por si s\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O xarope \u00e9 demasiado l\u00edquido ap\u00f3s arrefecimento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o seu xarope de rom\u00e3 ainda estiver um pouco l\u00edquido demais, pode simplesmente aquec\u00ea-lo novamente e dar-lhe mais alguns minutos no fog\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s o que dever\u00e1 estar perfeito uma vez arrefecido. Tamb\u00e9m se pode cronometrar. Infelizmente, cada fog\u00e3o funciona um pouco diferente e eu s\u00f3 posso dar-vos um guia aproximado. Mas sinta-se \u00e0 vontade para utilizar o exemplo da colher como guia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faz-o-teu-proprio-sumo-de-roma\">Faz o teu pr\u00f3prio sumo de rom\u00e3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se quiser fazer tudo sozinho, pode naturalmente obter rom\u00e3s frescas e sumos. Existem tamb\u00e9m diferentes m\u00e9todos, que gostaria de vos explicar brevemente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reduzir para metade e apertar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provavelmente, o m\u00e9todo mais f\u00e1cil \u00e9 simplesmente cortar a rom\u00e3 ao meio e esprem\u00ea-la num lagar de fruta. Note-se, no entanto, que \u00e9 aqui que se verificar\u00e1 a maior perda. \u00c9 garantido que a fruta inteira n\u00e3o deixar\u00e1 o seu sumo. E depois tem de esticar o sumo atrav\u00e9s de um pano. Tamb\u00e9m tem de coar o sumo atrav\u00e9s de um pano para que n\u00e3o tenha mais part\u00edculas no sumo &#8211; e n\u00e3o quer part\u00edculas no seu xarope \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-entkernen-p-rieren-und-auswringen\"><strong>Retirar as sementes, triturar e arrancar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um m\u00e9todo ligeiramente mais eficaz \u00e9 remover as sementes da rom\u00e3, pur\u00ea-las num misturador e depois passar a mistura atrav\u00e9s de um pano. Desta forma, pode ter a certeza de que todas as sementes s\u00e3o levadas. No entanto, o coring \u00e9 um pouco mais demorado e tamb\u00e9m ficar\u00e1 mais rapidamente ensopado se n\u00e3o ensopar a ma\u00e7\u00e3 debaixo de \u00e1gua (pequena ponta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E se n\u00e3o gostar de nenhum dos m\u00e9todos e tiver um verdadeiro espremedor em casa, sabe o que fazer de qualquer maneira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O xarope est\u00e1 pior com o sumo acabado?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honestamente? N\u00e3o! Estou super feliz com o xarope que fiz a partir do sumo que comprei. Mas quando o comprar, certifique-se de que \u00e9 100% sumo de rom\u00e3 sem aditivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-se-pode-fazer-com-xarope-de-roma\">O que se pode fazer com xarope de rom\u00e3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O<strong>xarope de rom\u00e3 tem um sabor \u00e1cido, super-frutado e ligeiramente \u00e1cido<\/strong> e pode ser utilizado para pratos doces e salgados. No Levant, por exemplo, as pessoas gostam de o utilizar para deglaciar carne ou vegetais assados picantes. A nota frutada proporciona ent\u00e3o um contraste maravilhoso com os sabores torrados. Mas tamb\u00e9m pode utilizar o xarope para refinar saladas (em molhos) ou para sobremesas e bebidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eis alguns exemplos em que usei xarope de rom\u00e3 at\u00e9 agora:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul massa<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-grelhada-com-halloumi-e-p\u00eassego\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salada grelhada com halloumi<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas seja para o que for que use o seu pr\u00f3prio xarope de rom\u00e3, \u00e9 garantido que \u00e9 algo especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
