Trata-se de&nbsp;<strong>bolinhos de massa filo s\u00edrios<\/strong>, tradicionalmente recheados com&nbsp;<strong>arroz<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>legumes<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>carne<\/strong>. Mas os bolinhos recheados tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o populares noutras partes do Levante &#8211; por exemplo, no L\u00edbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pasteis-de-massa-filo-recheados-e-saborosos\">Past\u00e9is de massa filo recheados e saborosos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vamos ent\u00e3o recome\u00e7ar: Ouzi s\u00e3o bolinhos deliciosos feitos de&nbsp;<strong>massa filo<\/strong>&nbsp;muito fina com um&nbsp;<strong>recheio<\/strong>&nbsp;super saboroso. A massa filo torna os bolinhos maravilhosamente estaladi\u00e7os. Se n\u00e3o encontrar massa filo no supermercado, tamb\u00e9m pode utilizar&nbsp;<strong>massa de strudel<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>yufka<\/strong>&nbsp;como alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada um tem a sua pr\u00f3pria receita: a minha&nbsp;<strong>receita de ouzi<\/strong>&nbsp;difere ligeiramente do cl\u00e1ssico s\u00edrio porque n\u00e3o encho os bolinhos com arroz, ervilhas e peda\u00e7os de carne, mas sim com o meu&nbsp;<strong>arroz<\/strong>&nbsp;arom\u00e1tico&nbsp;<strong>e condimentado<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hashweh-recheio-de-arroz-liban%C3%AAs\/\">hashweh<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este recheio de arroz \u00e9 composto por arroz, carne picada, frutos secos, nozes e muitas especiarias tradicionais do Levante. Quais s\u00e3o elas? Eu misturei as minhas preferidas no arroz: cominhos, sementes de coentros, cravinho, pimenta da Jamaica, cardamomo,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/Bio-Ceylon-Zimt-N%C2%B0916-Aromadeckel\/dp\/B00CR2Y65O\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&amp;keywords=rimoco%2BZimt&amp;qid=1579106525&amp;s=grocery&amp;sr=1-1&amp;linkCode=sl1&amp;tag=bistbadi09-21&amp;linkId=8b5ba2635a8fc152068d449ecad080e7&amp;language=de_DE&amp;th=1\">canela<\/a>, pimenta e, claro, um pouco de sal. Esta mistura harmoniza-se perfeitamente com os frutos doces e o resto do recheio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora se possa servir o hashweh como um arroz salgado, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 ideal para recheio. Traduzido do \u00e1rabe,<strong>&#8220;hashweh<\/strong>&#8221; significa<strong>&#8220;recheio<\/strong>&#8221; &#8211; ideal para o ouzi estaladi\u00e7o. Recomendo uma grande quantidade de iogurte e uma salada fresca, como&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tabouleh<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-colorida-fattoush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fattoush<\/a>, para acompanhar os past\u00e9is de massa filo salgados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se n\u00e3o gostar de carne picada e manteiga, pode usar produtos&nbsp;<strong>vegan<\/strong>&nbsp;ou n\u00e3o usar carne picada (vegetal). O recheio de arroz continua a ter um sabor fant\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparar-o-ouzi-de-forma-muito-simples\">Preparar o Ouzi de forma muito simples<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agora j\u00e1 conhece os componentes individuais: O recheio e a massa filo. Depois de ter cozinhado o recheio, s\u00f3 tem de fazer os bolsos. \u00c9 realmente muito f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pincele cada folha de massa com um pouco de manteiga derretida. Assim, as camadas ficar\u00e3o bem estaladi\u00e7as.
