E para todos os outros dias em que se tem fome de um&nbsp;<strong>guisado<\/strong>&nbsp;saud\u00e1vel. Fa\u00e7o sempre uma grande por\u00e7\u00e3o de imediato porque simplesmente sabe melhor no segundo dia &#8211; quando tudo est\u00e1 bem cozinhado e as especiarias desenvolveram todo o seu sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-guisado-de-feijao-verde\">Guisado de feij\u00e3o verde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando passeio pelo mercado no outono e vejo a variedade de legumes da \u00e9poca, o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o salta sempre e os meus olhos arregalam-se ao ver&nbsp;<strong>feij\u00e3o verde<\/strong>&nbsp;fresco. A \u00fanica pergunta que tenho sempre \u00e9: que feij\u00e3o devo utilizar? Feij\u00e3o verde? Feij\u00e3o verde? Feij\u00e3o franc\u00eas? Feij\u00e3o de cera? Infelizmente, a agonia da escolha n\u00e3o me facilita as coisas. Mas desta vez optei pelo&nbsp;<strong>feij\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;verde porque \u00e9 perfeito para guisado de feij\u00e3o verde com carne de vaca. Escurecem ligeiramente durante a cozedura, mas n\u00e3o perdem o sabor. Deixo o guisado cozer&nbsp;<strong>lentamente<\/strong>&nbsp;e s\u00f3 depois acrescento o feij\u00e3o para que fique ligeiramente estaladi\u00e7o. \u00c9 a minha forma preferida de os cozinhar. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada pior do que aqueles feij\u00f5es de lata super moles &#8211; simplesmente nojentos. Para mim, o feij\u00e3o verde tem de ser&nbsp;<strong>fresco<\/strong>. E com isso quero dizer:&nbsp;<strong>verde<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>estaladi\u00e7o<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9m sabem muito bem como&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-de-feij%C3%A3o-verde-com-alcachofras\/\">salada de feij\u00e3o com alcachofras<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deliciosa-comida-de-conforto-para-o-outono\">Deliciosa comida de conforto para o outono<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando se trata de ensopados saud\u00e1veis,&nbsp;<strong>o goulash<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9 um verdadeiro cl\u00e1ssico. Este guisado de feij\u00e3o com carne de vaca \u00e9 muito semelhante a um goulash. A cebola, o alho e a carne de vaca s\u00e3o&nbsp;<strong>salteados<\/strong>&nbsp;e depois&nbsp;<strong>lentamente<\/strong>&nbsp;estufados com caldo de legumes e tomate. Quando se juntam as&nbsp;<strong>especiarias<\/strong>&nbsp;e o feij\u00e3o, j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o cl\u00e1ssico &#8211; mas \u00e9&nbsp;<strong>Levantino<\/strong>. Por vezes, n\u00e3o percebo porque \u00e9 que tantas pessoas s\u00f3 temperam com sal e pimenta. Pode fazer-se muito mais com um simples guisado com cominhos e canela. Mas bem, nem toda a gente nasceu com um&nbsp;<strong>saco de especiarias<\/strong>&nbsp;no cinto como eu. Para mim, \u00e9 o melhor acompanhamento porque a manteiga real\u00e7a o sabor do guisado. O t\u00fcften tamb\u00e9m fica bem com ele, assim como o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/bulgur-com-manteiga\/\">bulgur com<\/a>&nbsp;manteiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Independentemente do acompanhamento que escolher, este guisado de feij\u00e3o com carne de vaca vai aquec\u00ea-lo nos dias frios.
