Faz-lhe lembrar a <strong>moussaka<\/strong> grega? Na verdade, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 o nome \u00e9 bastante semelhante aqui &#8211; os pratos est\u00e3o at\u00e9 relacionados! Nesta vers\u00e3o, deliciosas <strong>beringelas fritas<\/strong> com <strong>gr\u00e3o-de-bico<\/strong> v\u00eam num <strong>molho de tomate<\/strong> super arom\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Era uma vez &#8230; &#8220;The Cold One&#8221; (O Frio)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Sua beringela brilhante &#8211; gutschi gutschi guuuuh!&#8221;<br>A s\u00e9rio? Eu <strong>, uma berinjela<\/strong>??? Foi o que a minha prima (ela vive nos EUA) me disse uma vez quando nos conhecemos h\u00e1 20 anos (ela tinha 26 anos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu tinha 15 anos, na plena flora\u00e7\u00e3o da puberdade, &#8220;ligeiramente&#8221; acima do peso e muito intimidado &#8211; mas tinha a m\u00e3o na boca naquele preciso momento&#8230;. Ent\u00e3o, eu estava a comer esta deliciosa musaka&#8217;a com um peda\u00e7o de p\u00e3o pita e a olhar para ela com olhos largos. Provavelmente nunca esquecerei esse momento em particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musaka&#8217;a significa &#8220;o frio&#8221;. \u00c9 o que sempre chamei ao meu primo desde ent\u00e3o&#8230; Mas o nome vem mais do facto de este prato vegetariano ser realmente apreciado a frio ou \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. Muito ao contr\u00e1rio da sua relativa moussaka grega, que \u00e9 servida quente como uma ca\u00e7arola com carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Um deleite como um mezze ou como um prato principal!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pode-se servir as beringelas fritas com gr\u00e3o-de-bico em molho de tomate como prato principal ou como entrada como parte de um meze. Pessoalmente, poderia sempre comer o meu recheio s\u00f3 com estes. Mas eu ainda gosto de ter o meze comigo \ud83d\ude09 Gostaria de o ter como prato principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil. Basta fatiar as beringelas, frit\u00e1-las ou frit\u00e1-las numa frigideira com muito \u00f3leo. Em seguida, fritar as fatias num molho de tomate com alho, cebola e uma boa pitada de canela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma especialidade \u00e9 o gr\u00e3o de bico, que deve ser ainda ligeiramente firme \u00e0 mordida no musaka&#8217;a.
