Classicamente, o delicioso creme de gr\u00e3o de bico tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 frequentemente guarnecido&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus-tartar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">com carne<\/a>&nbsp;ou peixe no Levant. Mas tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 muitas op\u00e7\u00f5es vegetarianas. E depois da minha receita de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus-com-rebentos-assados-de-bruxelas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus com couves assadas de Bruxelas<\/a>&nbsp;ter sido t\u00e3o bem recebida, fui directamente para o projecto seguinte: Hummus com cogumelos e cebolas de sumagre caramelizadas. Sou um grande f\u00e3 dos cogumelos e por isso ficou muito claro muito rapidamente o que ir\u00edamos ter desta vez. Mas apenas fritar alguns cogumelos numa frigideira n\u00e3o \u00e9 isso. Precisa de um certo pontap\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hummus-com-cogumelos-e-xarope-de-roma\">Hummus com cogumelos e xarope de rom\u00e3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com cogumelos, vou sempre para a variedade castanha. E depois tamb\u00e9m gosto dos mais pequenos, porque s\u00e3o um pouco mais firmes e gosto mais da textura. Para a combina\u00e7\u00e3o com&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, saltei-os em azeite, depois desengordurados com um fio de xarope de rom\u00e3 e temperados com uma pitada de canela e um punhado de coentros. Sabe muito bem por si s\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A prop\u00f3sito, um amigo meu (OBRIGADO Daniel!!!) fez ele pr\u00f3prio o xarope de rom\u00e3 &#8211; e voc\u00ea pode prov\u00e1-lo. No Levant, \u00e9 costume deglaciar os alimentos fritos com xarope de rom\u00e3. Isto n\u00e3o s\u00f3 acrescenta uma nota frutada agrad\u00e1vel, mas tamb\u00e9m uma nota amarga maravilhosamente subtil e uma acidez maravilhosa. E combina perfeitamente com os aromas assados dos cogumelos fritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hummus-sumac-onions-amp-the-knack\">Hummus, Sumac Onions &amp; the Knack<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podia comer cebolas de sumagre caramelizadas \u00e0 colher. Adoro o sabor das cebolas doces, os sabores assados e a sumagre azeda e torrada. Quase n\u00e3o se consegue obter mais umami do que isso. Desculpe, mas Maggi pode realmente arrumar tudo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para aquela crocante especial, encha tudo com avel\u00e3s rec\u00e9m-torradas. Prepare um prato como este e segure o seu nariz sobre ele.
