Os biscoitos s\u00e3o preparados e cozinhados num instante. E, na minha opini\u00e3o, o melhor de tudo \u00e9 que os biscoitos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o demasiado doces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-biscoitos-com-tahini\">Biscoitos com tahini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como o nome sugere, estes biscoitos estaladi\u00e7os s\u00e3o feitos com uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de tahini. Caso n\u00e3o esteja familiarizado com o tahini: \u00c9 uma esp\u00e9cie de&nbsp;<strong>pasta<\/strong>&nbsp;ou manteiga feita a partir de&nbsp;<strong>sementes de s\u00e9samo 100% mo\u00eddas<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9m pode fazer facilmente o seu pr\u00f3prio&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/fa%C3%A7a-o-seu-pr%C3%B3prio-tahini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tahini<\/a>. Estes pequenos nibs s\u00e3o gr\u00e3os de cacau esmagados que t\u00eam um sabor ligeiramente amargo, mas ainda assim semelhante ao do cacau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um pouco como o chocolate preto. O sabor a chocolate est\u00e1 definitivamente presente, mesmo que seja muito subtil. Isto poupa a\u00e7\u00facar e elimina um ingrediente altamente processado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pessoalmente, adoro o estaladi\u00e7o dos nibs de cacau, que d\u00e1 aos biscoitos de tahini outra textura na boca. Pode encontrar nibs de cacau em supermercados bem abastecidos, drogarias, online ou em lojas de produtos naturais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cozido-rapidamente-comido-ainda-mais-rapidamente\">Cozido rapidamente, comido ainda mais rapidamente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Provavelmente j\u00e1 preparou a massa para os biscoitos de tahini mais depressa do que o tempo necess\u00e1rio para pr\u00e9-aquecer o forno a&nbsp;<strong>190 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em primeiro lugar, bate-se o ovo com o tahini, o a\u00e7\u00facar, o leite e uma pitada de sal e, em seguida, junta-se a farinha, o fermento e os nibs de cacau. E \u00e9 tudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudo o que tem de fazer \u00e9 moldar a massa em pequenas bolas e pression\u00e1-las ligeiramente num tabuleiro de forno com a palma da m\u00e3o. Os biscoitos de tahini podem ser cozidos de imediato durante&nbsp;<strong>cerca de 15 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando os biscoitos de nozes tiverem arrefecido no tabuleiro, pode servi-los de imediato. \u00c9 melhor guardar os biscoitos de tahini numa forma de biscoitos herm\u00e9tica.
