{"id":17193,"date":"2023-01-02T20:15:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-02T19:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/shish-barak\/"},"modified":"2024-01-17T10:57:31","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T09:57:31","slug":"shishbarak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/shishbarak\/","title":{"rendered":"Shish Barak: bolinhos libaneses em molho de iogurte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Sempre que havia <strong>Shish Barak<\/strong>, era sempre porque acontecia a seguinte cena em nossa casa: &#8220;Crian\u00e7as, o que querem comer amanh\u00e3?&#8221; &#8220;SHISH BAAARAAK&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;\u00d3ptimo, outra vez n\u00e3o&#8230;&#8221;<br>Os meus irm\u00e3os e eu adoramos <strong>bolinhos<\/strong> libaneses <strong>em molho de iogurte<\/strong>; uma esp\u00e9cie de <strong>tortelloni<\/strong> que se pode pensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passar-se uma vez, por favor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A prop\u00f3sito, o meu irm\u00e3o Rami foi sempre o primeiro a gritar. Ele adoraria com\u00ea-lo todos os dias. Era esse o caso na altura e continua a ser o caso hoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talvez seja porque a nossa m\u00e3e Badia sempre n\u00e3o usou bolinhos de massa comprados para eles, mas faz tudo \u00e0 m\u00e3o. Entretanto, eu e a minha irm\u00e3 ajudamos a encher o barak de shish &#8211; pelo menos por vezes. Mas posso dizer-vos, podeis provar o trabalho manual!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fizeste-este-saco-rafik-e-feio\">&#8220;Fizeste este saco, Rafik &#8211; \u00e9 feio!&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sim, os meus primeiros bolinhos pareciam pequenos bot\u00f5es e a minha m\u00e3e gozou comigo, mas depois deu-me um beijo. Bem, agora tenho o jeito um pouco melhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O que eu adoro em fazer barak de shish \u00e9 a desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o se podem comprar os bolsos cheios de carne picada (seja de vaca ou de carne picada vegetariana) e pinh\u00f5es. Por isso, n\u00e3o se pode simplesmente abrir um saco ou pacote e estar feito. Tem de levar o seu tempo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talvez essa seja tamb\u00e9m a raz\u00e3o pela qual os sacos s\u00e3o coloquialmente chamados &#8220;D\u00e4ijnt il Sch\u00e4jib&#8221; &#8211; <em>orelhas<\/em> pequenas dos <em>cinzentos<\/em>. Mas n\u00e3o acredito que algu\u00e9m tenha ficado cinzento durante a produ\u00e7\u00e3o \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Combino sempre este prato com uma grande parte do tempo de qualidade com a minha m\u00e3e e irm\u00e3. Sentamo-nos juntos \u00e0 mesa da cozinha e ficamos a par das \u00faltimas not\u00edcias. As m\u00e3os est\u00e3o ocupadas, o smartphone fica no bolso e todos se orgulham dos seus <em>ouvidos<\/em> individuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uma vez tudo no molho cremoso de iogurte-hortel\u00e3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim que os bolinhos para o shish barak estiverem prontos, cobri-los com um pano limpo e cozinhar o molho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao contr\u00e1rio dos bolinhos, o molho cremoso de iogurte de hortel\u00e3 \u00e9 muito r\u00e1pido de fazer. Basta aquecer iogurte com \u00e1gua e amido numa panela e temperar com alho rec\u00e9m picado e menta seca, bem como canela, sal e pimenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os bolinhos para Shish Barak s\u00e3o depois colocados crus no molho picante e cozinhados. O melhor momento \u00e9 quando se abre o primeiro dumpling com a colher e come\u00e7a o banquete.
