Ele abordou-me e perguntou-me se eu gostaria de desenvolver algumas <strong>receitas<\/strong> saborosas <strong>do Levantine<\/strong> juntamente com ele &#8211; e vegetarianas. Juntamente com Tamara, Sebastian dirige o blogue alimentar Simply Vegan, onde ambos, \u00e9 claro, ficam loucos com a nutri\u00e7\u00e3o vegan. Adoro lentilhas e adoro bulgur &#8211; por isso, porque n\u00e3o fundi-las enquanto estamos a falar de comida de fus\u00e3o. Juntamente com cebolas assadas e especiarias como cominho, piment\u00e3o e canela, as bolas revelaram-se de facto incrivelmente saborosas e suculentas. Assim, poderia tamb\u00e9m com\u00ea-los \u00e0 vontade. Recomendo vivamente que se experimente o resto da receita, porque em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com o <strong>cuscuz de p\u00e9rolas<\/strong> no <strong>molho de iogurte vegan<\/strong>, \u00e9 um verdadeiro sucesso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Molho de iogurte veganizado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O molho de iogurte \u00e9 na realidade um cl\u00e1ssico da cozinha Levantine, que modifiquei ligeiramente para esta receita utilizando iogurte vegan. A receita original prov\u00e9m do prato <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/shishbarak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shishbarak<\/a> &#8211; os bolinhos recheados em molho de iogurte. Assim, tomei iogurte vegan e cozinhei-o com alho, canela e menta seca para fazer um dos molhos mais deliciosos de sempre. Depois adiciona-se o cuscuz de p\u00e9rola, que se pode cozinhar tal como a massa &#8211; bem, na verdade \u00e9 uma esp\u00e9cie de massa. E quando tudo est\u00e1 bem misturado e os sabores se encontraram, as deliciosas bolas de lentilha-bulgur v\u00eam em cima. E aqueles que j\u00e1 conhecem as minhas receitas sabem: nozes picadas e ervas frescas s\u00e3o uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 pelo aspecto, mas tamb\u00e9m pelo sabor e textura crocante do cuscuz perolado e das bolas suculentas.
