Para n\u00f3s, n\u00e3o foi peru, foi <strong>kabsa<\/strong>! N\u00e3o, este fant\u00e1stico prato de arroz com <strong>cordeiro<\/strong> suculento e <strong>arroz<\/strong> super picante n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o tradicional de Ac\u00e7\u00e3o de Gra\u00e7as. Mas \u00e9 um prato que \u00e9 realmente celebrado em grupos maiores. Mas comecemos desde o in\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A base do Kabsa \u00e9 um <strong>caldo de borrego<\/strong> realmente arom\u00e1tico. Para isto, o borrego &#8211; uso perna para isto &#8211; \u00e9 fervido com um monte de especiarias durante cerca de tr\u00eas horas, at\u00e9 que seja realmente manteiga-tender. <strong>Cardamomo<\/strong>, alho, gengibre, tomate, cominho, <strong>curcuma<\/strong>, coentros, <strong>canela<\/strong>, p\u00e1prica &#8211; basta atirar para l\u00e1 todo o seu arsenal de especiarias! O resultado \u00e9 um caldo de cordeiro realmente incr\u00edvel, de que se precisa para o arroz, e um cordeiro tenro e suculento para a cobertura. Estes s\u00e3o os dois ingredientes principais. E como j\u00e1 deve ter adivinhado, o cozinheiro faz a maior parte do trabalho por si.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nozes torradas, iogurte e provavelmente a salsa de tomate mais f\u00e1cil do mundo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de ter feito o caldo de borrego para a kabsa, \u00e9 melhor colocar o borrego no forno para o manter quente ou acender a grelha do forno para dar \u00e0 carne uma crosta deliciosa. A decis\u00e3o \u00e9 sua. Entretanto, preparar o arroz com o caldo.
