No L\u00edbano, at\u00e9 apertam&nbsp;<strong>knefeh<\/strong>&nbsp;no seu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/p%C3%A3o-de-rua-kaak-lebanese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e3o<\/a>&nbsp;como uma sandu\u00edche &#8211; que depois servem para ir tomar o pequeno-almo\u00e7o! N\u00e3o brinca! Sei do que estou a falar &#8230; Por isso, a categoria &#8220;sobremesa&#8221; pode ser interpretada aqui de forma muito ampla. Penso que n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio p\u00f4r sempre as coisas boas no p\u00e3o para as ter de uma forma pr\u00e1tica. Tamb\u00e9m pode simplesmente chicotear&nbsp;<strong>Knefeh Minis<\/strong>. \u00c9 t\u00e3o f\u00e1cil como a vers\u00e3o grande, passa por comida de dedo doce e \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil de preparar numa lata de muffin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pequenos ninhos crocantes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, os Minis Knefeh s\u00e3o muito f\u00e1ceis e r\u00e1pidos. No entanto, precisa de um ingrediente que talvez n\u00e3o consiga comprar no seu supermercado local. Estou a falar destes fios de massa ultra-finos chamados&nbsp;<strong>kadaif<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>kadaifi<\/strong>. Estes s\u00e3o utilizados n\u00e3o s\u00f3 no Levante, mas em todas as regi\u00f5es \u00e1rabes, turcas e gregas. A prop\u00f3sito, a alcunha dos fios \u00e9 cabelo de anjo. Assim, pode obt\u00ea-lo em supermercados realmente bem abastecidos, online ou no Liban\u00eas, etc. Embora pudesse fazer os minis Knefeh com massa folhada, por exemplo (sim, isso \u00e9 uma dica &#8211; n\u00e3o muito original, mas melhor do que nada!), vale absolutamente a pena olhar para Kadaifi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois basta rasgar um pouco os fios, pincel\u00e1-los com manteiga e coloc\u00e1-los na lata do muffin. A camada seguinte \u00e9 um pudim de s\u00eamola super r\u00e1pido com \u00e1gua de rosas e flores de laranjeira. O que irrita sempre muita gente que ainda n\u00e3o conhece Knefeh: O queijo! Sim, queijo na sobremesa \u00e9 realmente uma ideia muito boa! No L\u00edbano, utilizam o queijo&nbsp;<strong>Akawi<\/strong>&nbsp;para este fim. Um queijo branco que \u00e9 algo semelhante ao mozzarella &#8211; s\u00f3 Akawi \u00e9 mais intenso. Assim, pode realmente optar pela mozzarella sem se preocupar. Usei pequenas bolas de mozzarella para os Minis Knefeh &#8211; mas certifique-se de que s\u00e3o de boa qualidade!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assim, tem finos fios de massa com manteiga como base, depois o pudim de s\u00eamola cremosa e o queijo.
