N\u00e3o me lembro mesmo de uma salada de bulgur. Entretanto, no entanto, a mar\u00e9 mudou. Tal como nas saladas de cuscuz, normalmente s\u00f3 abro o frigor\u00edfico e vejo o que est\u00e1 escondido l\u00e1 dentro. Assim, a salada de bulgur sempre teve um sabor um pouco diferente para mim. Eu sei que o coentro divide as mentes. Alguns adoram, outros n\u00e3o desejam coisas t\u00e3o agrad\u00e1veis para a erva. Claro que, se pertencer ao segundo grupo, tamb\u00e9m pode usar salsa \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparar-a-salada-de-bulgur-e-super-facil\">Preparar a salada de bulgur \u00e9 super f\u00e1cil!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O tempero \u00e9 muito simples: sumo de lim\u00e3o, o melhor azeite e uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\">za&#8217;atar<\/a>. Agora que temos os componentes, tudo o que precisamos de fazer \u00e9 preparar o bulgur. A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do bulgur \u00e9 super f\u00e1cil. A maior parte das vezes diz no pacote o que tem de fazer. E se n\u00e3o, j\u00e1 se pode lembrar da rela\u00e7\u00e3o 1:2. 1 parte de bulgur para 2 partes de \u00e1gua. Depois ferver o bulgur com um pouco de sal numa panela, colocar a tampa, baixar o calor e deixar tudo cozinhar durante cerca de 15 minutos. F\u00e1cil, n\u00e3o \u00e9? Mas certifique-se de que sabe qual o cereal que comprou. O bulgur muito fino n\u00e3o \u00e9 adequado para esta salada, mas sim para o <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto o bulgur est\u00e1 a cozinhar, corte rapidamente os vegetais e, antes que se d\u00ea conta, a sua salada de bulgur est\u00e1 sobre a mesa. Pode servi-lo como acompanhamento ou como refei\u00e7\u00e3o de enchimento. O \u00f3ptimo da salada de bulgur \u00e9 que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 perfeito para incluir no seu plano de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de refei\u00e7\u00f5es. Basta prepar\u00e1-lo na noite anterior e coloc\u00e1-lo na caixa de frescura. A salada ainda sabe bem, mesmo depois de 2 dias no frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito, a salada sabe particularmente bem com <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/espetos-de-halloumi-da-grelha\/\" target=\"_blank\">espetos halloumi<\/a> e <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus\/\"
