Cheesecake e <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/?s=baklava\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baklava<\/a> &#8211; parece fant\u00e1stico, n\u00e3o achas? Bem, para ser honesto, estava c\u00e9tico no in\u00edcio, pois sou um f\u00e3 absoluto de baklava. Mas o que \u00e9 que posso dizer? Este cheesecake de baklava entrou diretamente na minha categoria &#8220;vou fazer outra vez&#8221;. Uma <strong>receita<\/strong> que combina exatamente isso: massa filo fina e estaladi\u00e7a, frutos secos acabados de torrar e um delicioso creme de cheesecake. N\u00e3o precisas de muita massa, mas as <strong>folhas<\/strong> devem <strong>ser finas e macias<\/strong>. Coloco sempre as camadas diretamente na forma de mola, bem cobertas com manteiga &#8211; \u00e9 um pouco como meditar com a massa. Mas \u00e9 muito divertido.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A minha dica:<\/strong> Podes usar tanto <strong>a massa<\/strong> <strong>filo<\/strong> como <strong>a massa yufka<\/strong> <strong>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-uma-mao-cheia-de-nozes-para-o-recheio\">Uma m\u00e3o-cheia de nozes para o recheio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nozes, cajus ou pist\u00e1cios?  <\/strong>Eu digo: porque n\u00e3o todas? Eu asso os frutos secos brevemente numa frigideira antes de os torrar &#8211; isto real\u00e7a o <strong>sabor<\/strong>. Se gostas de um pouco mais fino, usa mais pist\u00e1cios. Se quiseres um sabor mais r\u00fastico, usa mais nozes.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quark, queijo creme e natas para as natas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A base \u00e9 cl\u00e1ssica: <strong>queijo creme, quark magro e um pouco de natas.<\/strong> E para dar a esta parte o sabor do Levante, n\u00e3o podem faltar algumas gotas de <strong>\u00e1gua de rosas<\/strong> no <strong>creme de queijo<\/strong>. N\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio &#8211; mas acho que \u00e9 isso que o torna especial. Experimenta! Os ingredientes frios n\u00e3o s\u00e3o t\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de misturar numa mistura cremosa, resultando frequentemente em grumos. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pincela sempre bem o filo com manteiga<\/strong> &#8211; caso contr\u00e1rio, ficar\u00e1 seco em vez de estaladi\u00e7o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coze o bolo a uma temperatura baixa <\/strong>e coloca uma tigela de <strong>\u00e1gua<\/strong> \u00e0 prova de calor <strong>no forno<\/strong>. Assim, mant\u00e9m o creme macio. O vapor de \u00e1gua evita que o cheesecake se parta e assegura uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o suave do calor.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Depois de cozido: <\/strong>primeiro<strong> deixa arrefecer<\/strong> com a porta do forno aberta e depois coloca-o no <strong>frigor\u00edfico<\/strong> &#8211; de prefer\u00eancia durante a noite.
