E tamb\u00e9m sabe que o meu primo uma vez me chamou &#8220;beringela&#8221;. Mas ei: &#8220;Beringela Gorda&#8221; n\u00e3o era respons\u00e1vel pela minha figura na altura, e \u00e9 por isso que ela me chamou assim. Essas eram as batatas fritas que eu gostava de enfiar em mim mesmo em massa. Ol\u00e1, o meu nome \u00e9 Rafik e sou um soholic de chip &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fatteh, a prop\u00f3sito, vem da palavra \u00e1rabe &#8220;para separar&#8221;. O que se pretende aqui \u00e9 o corte do p\u00e3o pita. A Fatteh vem em v\u00e1rias variedades. Seja com&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/fricassee-de-frango-em-fatteh-l%C3%ADbano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">frango<\/a>, carne ou vegetais &#8211; quase n\u00e3o h\u00e1 limites para a imagina\u00e7\u00e3o. A caracter\u00edstica caracter\u00edstica \u00e9 o p\u00e3o em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com o molho de iogurte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora esta imagem da Fatteh se pare\u00e7a muito com um jantar digno com um bom gole de vinho e uma boa conversa, \u00e9 na verdade um pequeno-almo\u00e7o caloroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A beringela frita \u00e9 coberta com um molho maravilhosamente cremoso feito de iogurte com tahini e muito alho. Esta del\u00edcia \u00e9 coberta com pinh\u00f5es assados em manteiga. E porque a manteiga j\u00e1 adquiriu um aroma de nozes atrav\u00e9s da torrefac\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o pode faltar no molho de iogurte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas ainda falta uma coisa: as lascas de p\u00e3o! OS CHIPS!<br>O meu v\u00edcio! Sim, tamb\u00e9m sou viciado em batatas fritas feitas de p\u00e3o achatado. E especialmente quando acabam de sair do forno e cheiram t\u00e3o bem. Meu Deus. E eles nem sequer precisam de gordura&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00fanica coisa que me impede de come\u00e7ar o meu triturador \u00e9 a perspectiva de guarnecer este belo prato. E n\u00e3o se preocupe: embora a receita se pare\u00e7a com muitos passos, continua a ser muito r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil de fazer.
