E isto apesar do facto de eu gostar mesmo de grelhar. Os desejos s\u00e3o por vezes um pouco estranhos. Mas felizmente nem sempre tem de escolher \ud83d\ude09 N\u00e3o sou o \u00fanico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta salada de massa maravilhosamente fresca \u00e9 uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da minha <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-de-beringela\/\" target=\"_blank\">salada de beringela<\/a>. A nota fumada da beringela grelhada combinada com hortel\u00e3 fresca e salsa \u00e9 perfeita para um dia de sol no jardim. A beringela \u00e9 unida por tomates cereja frutados. Mas antes de entrarem na salada, s\u00e3o primeiro delicadamente cozidos (confitados) numa frigideira com muito do melhor azeite e alho. N\u00e3o se preocupe, isto leva apenas 10 minutos. Mas nesse curto espa\u00e7o de tempo, os tomates com alho e azeite libertam um aroma t\u00e3o fant\u00e1stico que n\u00e3o posso deixar de estar ao seu lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O curativo? O tomate e o alho acrescentam tanto sabor ao azeite que n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio qualquer tempero adicional. Uma vez misturados todos os ingredientes, s\u00f3 \u00e9 preciso temperar com sal e za&#8217;atar, e tem uma salada de massa da mais alta ordem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
