Com um copo de Federweisser frio e uma vista para fora da janela &#8211; \u00f3ptimo! Assim, no outro dia, quando j\u00e1 estava a olhar para o Outono e a pensar na tarte de cebola, tive a ideia de repensar este cl\u00e1ssico e fundi-lo com sabores Levantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarte de cebola com uma diferen\u00e7a!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma torta de cebola \u00e9 uma coisa realmente rica: uma massa de levedura fofa e um recheio feito de um monte de cebolas (e l\u00e1grimas), ovos, queijo, natas azedas, etc&#8230; \u00c9 realmente estranho que eu n\u00e3o tenha tido a ideia da vers\u00e3o com cebolas at\u00e9 agora.&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/sumac-tempero-de-mesa-do-elevador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sumac<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;s\u00f3 veio at\u00e9 mim agora. Este bolo \u00e9 predestinado para uma fus\u00e3o com a Especiaria Levantine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como a torta de cebola sabe sempre melhor com um copo de Federweisser doce, pensei que toleraria certamente uma nota t\u00e3o delicadamente doce. Por isso acrescentei algumas sultanas &#8211; afinal de contas, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o uvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Torna-se ainda mais rico com uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de nozes torradas. Escolhi nozes arom\u00e1ticas e pinh\u00f5es amanteigados. No final, adiciona-se queijo e a iguaria vai para o forno! Achei o aroma da cebola e da sumagre maravilhoso, mas o que saiu do forno era simplesmente louco!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o taboul\u00e9<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e9 um acompanhamento fant\u00e1stico para a tarte de cebola, por isso experimente!
