Na realidade acrescento-o a quase tudo, por vezes at\u00e9 a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/taboule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">saladas<\/a>. Com&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e3ezinhos de canela<\/strong>, claro, gosto de acrescentar um pouco mais do que \u00e9 bom. Mas o que me atrai para os p\u00e3ezinhos de canela n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas o cheiro irresist\u00edvel, mas tamb\u00e9m a incr\u00edvel fofura. Uma vez mordidos, \u00e9 como afundar-se numa almofada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-massa-fofa-e-uma-boa-porcao-de-pistacios\">Massa fofa e uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de pist\u00e1cios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A canela \u00e9 uma coisa, porque existem realmente grandes diferen\u00e7as na qualidade. Ao comprar canela, certifique-se de que utiliza&nbsp;<strong>canela do Ceil\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;de alta qualidade. A canela de baixa qualidade pode conter altos n\u00edveis de&nbsp;<strong>cumarina<\/strong>. Suspeita-se que a cumarina (n\u00e3o o cominho!) perturba o metabolismo e promove doen\u00e7as. Portanto, por favor, esteja ciente disto ao preparar receitas com um maior conte\u00fado de canela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mas voltemos aos deliciosos p\u00e3ezinhos de canela. A primeira coisa \u00e9, evidentemente, preparar a massa levedada &#8211; esta \u00e9 a base mais importante para os carac\u00f3is. Eu preparo a massa levedada com leite e manteiga. Isto torna a massa muito rica e semelhante a um brioche. Bonito e fofo e suculento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para o enchimento dos p\u00e3ezinhos de canela, decidi utilizar uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de&nbsp;<strong>pist\u00e1cios<\/strong>, bem como de canela. Assim, basta misturar a canela com os pist\u00e1cios picados, a\u00e7\u00facar e manteiga e pode espalhar tudo sobre a massa. Depois, vai para o forno. E \u00e9 aqui que normalmente come\u00e7o a passar-me, porque todo o apartamento cheira espantosamente bem a massa de levedura e canela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A prop\u00f3sito, os pist\u00e1cios tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o na cobertura: Pode-se usar pist\u00e1cios em p\u00f3 fino ou pur\u00e9 de pist\u00e1cio. Ambos funcionam muito bem! Os p\u00e3ezinhos de canela sabem melhor quando acabados de cozer e ainda ligeiramente quentes.
