A ab\u00f3bora como sopa, como pur\u00e9, do forno ou da panela \u00e9 sempre simplesmente uma ideia muito boa. Sabia que a ab\u00f3bora tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 super popular no Levant? Ali, por exemplo, as pessoas adoram fazer &#8220;kibbeh de ab\u00f3bora&#8221;. Kibbeh \u00e9 uma esp\u00e9cie de alm\u00f4ndega com bulgur &#8211; mais ou menos falando. Mas aqui estamos a falar de uma ab\u00f3bora assada no forno sobre uma cama de iogurte de lim\u00e3o deliciosamente fresco com uma variedade de coberturas saborosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-abobora-com-uma-diferenca\">Ab\u00f3bora com uma diferen\u00e7a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os legumes do forno s\u00e3o uma coisa muito boa. \u00c9 super saboroso, muito saud\u00e1vel e pronto em pouco tempo. Muitas vezes poupa-me o dia quando estou com tanta fome depois de um longo dia que at\u00e9 mordo as pessoas \u00e0 minha volta (j\u00e1 o fiz antes&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E se tenho mesmo de ser r\u00e1pido, fico muito criativo e gosto de juntar as coisas. A prop\u00f3sito, foi assim que surgiu esta receita. Por isso, quando chegar a altura, a receita tem de ser feita rapidamente &#8211; e tem de ter esse algo extra. Por isso coloquei a ab\u00f3bora em iogurte cremoso, que previamente misturei com raspa de lim\u00e3o. Como cobertura, polvilho avel\u00e3s rec\u00e9m-torradas, algumas sementes de rom\u00e3 e um generoso boneco de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/zhug-molho-de-coentros-de-piripiri\/\" target=\"_blank\">Zhug<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bastante-picante-mas-de-alguma-forma-ainda-maravilhosamente-suave\">Bastante picante, mas, de alguma forma, ainda maravilhosamente suave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhug \u00e9 um molho picante de chilli-coriander que acrescenta muito fogo \u00e0 ab\u00f3bora assada, mas tamb\u00e9m traz muitos sabores deliciosos do Levante. N\u00e3o se preocupe: Zhug \u00e9 realmente f\u00e1cil de se fazer e pode decidir o qu\u00e3o quente o quer. Al\u00e9m disso, o iogurte fresco suaviza consideravelmente o picante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juntamente com os toppings, \u00e9 criada uma pequena viagem culin\u00e1ria que come\u00e7a em casa e termina no Levante. Prova-se a ab\u00f3bora com terra, depois o iogurte de lim\u00e3o, depois as avel\u00e3s crocantes que se tenham acabado de assar antes. E as sementes de rom\u00e3 doce e azeda surpreendem-no como pequenas explos\u00f5es na sua boca.
