E, especialmente nos dias frios, \u00e9 isso que eu quero &#8211; e que muitos outros tamb\u00e9m querem. Esta <strong>receita de guisado de gr<\/strong> \u00e3o-de-bico \u00e9 vegetariana, para que todos possam desfrutar deste prato de leguminosas.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kichererbseneintopf-einfach-und-schnell-zubereiten\">Guisado de gr\u00e3o-de-bico r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil de preparar<\/h3>\n\n<p>Quando tenho uma certa fome de algo real, genu\u00edno e quente, tem de ser <strong>comida caseira<\/strong>. E, sem d\u00favida, uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>arroz com manteiga<\/strong> para acompanhar. <\/p>\n\n<p>Que bom que este guisado de gr\u00e3o-de-bico preenche todos os crit\u00e9rios enumerados e me deixa em \u00eaxtase, depois de me ter embrulhado num cobertor quente.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e3o precisas de muitos ingredientes para esta receita simples de guisado. Provavelmente j\u00e1 tens a maioria deles no teu arm\u00e1rio. Eu tenho sempre alguns gr\u00e3os-de-bico \u00e0 m\u00e3o &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/congelar-o-grao-de-bico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congelados<\/a>, num frasco ou secos (que costumo usar para fazer falafel).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m tenho um frasco de tomates coados na despensa e, de qualquer forma, tenho sempre alho l\u00e1. \u00c9 semelhante para ti? Ent\u00e3o podes come\u00e7ar imediatamente. Aqui est\u00e1 uma pequena lista de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos ingredientes b\u00e1sicos, que encontrar\u00e1s no cart\u00e3o de receitas com os detalhes exactos:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gr\u00e3o-de-bico:<\/strong> de prefer\u00eancia pr\u00e9-cozinhado, que s\u00f3 precisas de lavar brevemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alho:<\/strong> se preferires um sabor subtil a alho no teu guisado, usa alho fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coentros:<\/strong> frescos e em grande quantidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Azeite:<\/strong> que podes utilizar para fritar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pur\u00e9<\/strong> de <strong>tomate<\/strong> e <strong>pur\u00e9 de tomate:<\/strong> de prefer\u00eancia de frasco e n\u00e3o de lata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especiarias:<\/strong> sabores doces como a canela, a pimenta-da-jamaica e o cardamomo d\u00e3o ao prato uma nota quente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>J\u00e1 tens todos os ingredientes para o guisado de gr\u00e3o-de-bico? Ent\u00e3o veste o avental e junta todos os alimentos para come\u00e7ares logo a cozinhar. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eintopf-mit-kichererbsen-die-einfache-zubereitung\">Guisado de gr\u00e3o-de-bico &#8211; a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o simples<\/h2>\n\n<p>Este prato r\u00e1pido e quente \u00e9 perfeito para <strong>cozinhar depois do trabalho<\/strong>. E se te sobrar uma por\u00e7\u00e3o, podes simplesmente lev\u00e1-la para o trabalho no dia seguinte como <strong>prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de refei\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>O guisado de gr\u00e3o-de-bico com arroz amanteigado \u00e9 uma <strong>comida de conforto<\/strong> vegetariana que, na verdade, \u00e9 vegan.
