A ideia aproximada j\u00e1 l\u00e1 estava, mas os detalhes mais finos s\u00f3 surgem durante a cozedura. Muito obrigado a Patrick, que cozinhou o prato juntamente comigo e escreveu diligentemente todos os ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuscuz p\u00e9rola e feij\u00e3o branco: Uma grande partida!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Acho sempre super emocionante quando conven\u00e7o os meus amigos a experimentarem o <strong>cuscuz perl pela<\/strong> primeira vez. A textura \u00e9 \u00fanica e sempre \u00f3ptima! A reac\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 especialmente engra\u00e7ada quando lhes digo que este cuscuz grosseiro \u00e9 uma esp\u00e9cie de massa. Em It\u00e1lia (Sardenha) existe mesmo uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante chamada <strong>fregola de<\/strong> massa. Pequenas bolas que n\u00e3o cabem bem na grelha. Pessoalmente, cresci com cuscuz de p\u00e9rola. No L\u00edbano, esta variante chama-se <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/couscous-moghrabieh-lebanese-pearl-couscous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moghrabieh<\/a>, depois do cl\u00e1ssico guisado com muita cebola e frango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o encontrar\u00e1 nenhuma carne neste prato fant\u00e1stico (mas tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o sentir\u00e1 falta dele), porque \u00e9 completamente vegetariano. Mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso perder uma boa por\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00edna saud\u00e1vel, porque o cuscuz de p\u00e9rola \u00e9 acompanhado por feij\u00f5es brancos tenros, que d\u00e3o ao prato uma boa cremosidade. Os grandes couscous e os feij\u00f5es brancos combinam incrivelmente bem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cogumelos em vez de carne!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sempre fui um grande f\u00e3 dos cogumelos. Especialmente quando salteadas com cebolas e bem temperadas, fazem uma grande <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/hummus-com-cogumelos-sumac-cebola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cobertura de hummus<\/a>. Em regra, utilizo sempre cogumelos para isso. Para o cuscuz de p\u00e9rolas em molho de tomate, no entanto, decidi usar <strong>cogumelos ostra<\/strong>. A forma, consist\u00eancia e tamanho dos cogumelos ostra tornam-nos perfeitos para fazer uma esp\u00e9cie de shawarma falso. Basta marin\u00e1-los com muitas especiarias, alho e azeite, deix\u00e1-los marinar por um curto per\u00edodo de tempo e frit\u00e1-los. O resultado \u00e9 incrivelmente saboroso e acrescenta uma camada totalmente nova de <strong>umami<\/strong> ao prato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualquer pessoa que tenha experimentado outras receitas minhas sabe que as nozes crocantes e as ervas frescas s\u00e3o uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o no final. N\u00e3o brinca, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 tem um aspecto fant\u00e1stico, como tamb\u00e9m completa realmente o cuscuz de p\u00e9rolas em molho de tomate.
