A <strong>ca\u00e7arola de batata<\/strong> soa bastante europeia. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio acrescentar a palavra-chave &#8220;liban\u00eas&#8221; para evitar confus\u00e3o. Um amigo meu at\u00e9 me perguntou, com toda a seriedade, o que \u00e9 que a batata tinha perdido &#8220;l\u00e1 em baixo&#8221; de qualquer maneira&#8230; realmente! Mas honestamente? &#8220;L\u00e1 em baixo&#8221; (ainda n\u00e3o se consegue perceber!) as pessoas s\u00e3o loucas pelo grande tub\u00e9rculo. Na verdade, dificilmente h\u00e1 um dia em que n\u00e3o tenhamos batatas fritas caseiras &#8211; a s\u00e9rio! Mesmo com arroz amanteigado e iogurte, as pessoas gostam de ter batatas fritas caseiras!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cozinha dom\u00e9stica Levantine &#8211; regionalmente &amp; sazonalmente vi\u00e1vel!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas n\u00e3o estamos aqui a falar de batatas fritas, mas de uma deliciosa ca\u00e7arola de batata feita de pur\u00e9 de batata com carne picada e pinh\u00f5es &#8211; e acompanhada por uma deliciosa <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/pt\/salada-de-repolho-vermelho-com-hortel\u00e3-seca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salada de repolho vermelho com hortel\u00e3 seca<\/a>. &#8220;Repolho vermelho?!? O que \u00e9 que os \u00e1rabes t\u00eam a ver com a couve vermelha&#8221;!? Sim, \u00e0s vezes pergunto-me se o mundo \u00e9 todo preconceito. Est\u00e1 bem, isso foi provavelmente um pouco demais para ele. Mas depois de ter provado a ca\u00e7arola e a salada, p\u00f4de afinal provar o Levante na batata e no repolho vermelho. A po\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito bem temperada com um pouco de canela e cominho. E se tamb\u00e9m se usar ghee em vez de manteiga, o sabor torna-se realmente redondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Coloque sempre algumas das duas partes no seu garfo!&#8221; A ca\u00e7arola e a salada devem estar juntas e devem ir \u00e0 boca juntas. Os aromas de canela e cominho e a maravilhosa acidez do vinagre de cidra de ma\u00e7\u00e3 misturam-se com a textura cremosa das batatas e a crocante couve vermelha. Creamy-crunchy &#8211; um verdadeiro fogo de artif\u00edcio na boca! Oh sim: por mais que adore queijo, n\u00e3o o encontrar\u00e1 nesta ca\u00e7arola. Em vez disso, um fino cobertor de p\u00e3o ralado vem em cima, dando \u00e0 ca\u00e7arola de batata libanesa outra textura interessante na boca.
